| Objective:Based on OBE theory and combining with Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives,this study constructs the teaching evaluation system of "Basic Nursing" experimental course,promotes the gradual improvement of the teaching evaluation system of "Basic Nursing" experimental course,and provides information for continuous improvement of teaching.Methods:Through literature analysis and semi-structured interview,this study initially constructed the teaching evaluation system framework of "Basic Nursing" experimental course.The evaluation system and its indexes are revised by Delphi method,and the evaluation system and its indexes are preliminarily determined.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the weight coefficients of each dimension and each level of indicators are obtained,and the consistency test is carried out to construct the evaluation index system.The representativeness and credibility of expert consultation were tested by calculating the questionnaire recovery rate,authority coefficient and coordination coefficient of expert.Retest reliability was used to detect reliability,and correlation analysis method was used to detect content validity of index system.Results:1.Literature analysis results: 35 literatures were finally included,and 3first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,50 third-level indicators and 10 evaluation methods were extracted and determined by combining OBE concept and Bloom education objective classification.2.Semi-structured interview results: 5 college teaching teachers,7 nursing teaching administrators from Grade III hospitals and 7 undergraduate students were selected for interviews.After sorting and analyzing the interview data,12 grade III indexes and 5 evaluation methods were added on the basis of the original indexes.3.Delphi Expert Letter consultation results: A total of 22 experts were invited to participate in the research,and finally 20 experts participated in two rounds of correspondence consultation.The recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 90.91% and 100%,the rate of expert opinion submission was 80% and 30%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.868,and the Kendall harmony coefficient of the two rounds of correspondence consultation index was 0.163 and 0.172,respectively.There was statistical significance(P < 0.01).Finally,an evaluation system consisting of 3 first-level indexes,13 second-level indexes,70 third-level indexes and 14 evaluation methods was formed.4.Results of AHP: The results of AHP showed that the weights of first-level indicators were cognition(0.286),skill(0.571),emotion(0.143),CR < 0.001;Among secondary indexes,the top 3 combination weights were B2 skill implementation(0.222),B5 effect evaluation(0.151),A1 nursing knowledge(0.148),and CR value was between 0.002 and 0.009.Among the three indexes,the top 5 in terms of combination weight were B2-2 strictly following the aseptic operation principle(0.089),A1-1 basic nursing knowledge(0.079),B2-1 strictly implementing the check system(0.054),B5-1 operation standard(0.045),B5-3 operation safety(0.045).CR value ranges from 0.000 to 0.009.Conclusion:1.The experimental course teaching evaluation system of "Basic Nursing" constructed in this study has a comprehensive evaluation index,covering all aspects of students’ learning outcomes,which provides scientific basis for the setting and implementation of experimental course teaching evaluation of "Basic Nursing" and is conducive to guiding teachers’ teaching and students’ growth and development.2.The experts consulted by letter in this study are authoritative and represent-ative to a certain extent,and the results obtained by letter consultation are relatively reliable.In addition,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights of indicators at all levels,which reduces the influence of subjective factors of experts,increases the scientific nature and rationality of the evaluation index system,and has certain practicability. |
