| Objectives:The survey aims to understand the prevalence of helicobacter pylori infection in the population of physical examination centers and communities in Hunan province and analyze the risk factors of infection through questionnaires comprehensively to provide a theoretical basis for better prevention.Methods:A total of 521 subjects were randomly selected from and September 2020 to January 2021 in physical examination crowds of Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the basic information,living habits and use of serving chopsticks,and 430 of them completed 13C urea breath test.A total of 353 community households were randomly selected with a total of 995effective participants.Questionnaires were used to investigate common family problems,basic information and living habits of each member of the family.All participants completed 13C urea breath test.Results:(1)The total infection rate of Hp in 430 physical examination subjects was 27.21%.and the infection rate of Hp was related to occupation.The Hp infection rate(25.39%)of those with fixed occupations was significantly lower than that of those without fixed occupations(41.67%)(χ2=22.44,P=0.000).Among the 521 examinees,78.1%often used serving chopsticks.Those with fixed occupations(P=0.034)and those with higher education(P=0.022)were more inclined to use serving chopsticks.There was no significant correlation between Hp infection in physical examination population and community population and serving chopsticks.(2)The total Hp infection rate of 995 community subjects was31.66%.Hp infection in community population was significantly correlated with age and marital status.Among different age groups,those over 60 years old have the highest infection rate of Hp infection(41.28%).The older(P=0.000)and married people(P=0.000)were more likely to be infected with Hp.Multivariate analysis showed that marriage was an independent risk factor for Hp infection(R=1.970,95%CI:1.196~3.247).(3)The goodness of fit test of binomial distribution showed that there was a significant difference between the actual and theoretical distribution families of Hp infection(χ2=212.48,P<0.05).The coincidence rate of Hp infection between husband and wife was 53.92%,and the coincidence rate of Hp infection between father/mother and child was 62.26%respectively.According to paired Chi-square test,Hp infection between spouse and Hp infection between father/mother and child were consistent(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Hp infection rate in physical examination population and community population of Hunan province is lower than the national average.Hp infection in the physical examination center population is related to occupation,while the Hp infection in the community population is significantly affected by age and marital status.Hp infection has a certain familial aggregation. |
