Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and conventional drugs in the treatment of reflux esophagitisMethods: Sixty patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases)according to the principle of randomized control.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and acupuncture.Group to conventional medication.Two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks,for a course of treatment,rest 7days,a total of 2 courses of treatment,to observe the clinical efficacy.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the disease,the total score of TCM syndrome,endoscopic esophageal mucosa grading and other aspects of the control analysis.Results:(1)Acupuncture treatment had a definite clinical curative effect on the treatment of esophagitis with hepatic and gastric dyssynchrony.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90% and 76.67% respectively.The acupuncture group was superior to the drug group,(P <0.05).(2)The total score of TCM syndromes was different between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,which was statistically significant(p <0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(p> 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of the posterior sternal pain(p <0.05)(P> 0.05),in improving the sub-belching belly,hiccups,hi hi interest,abdominal distention or swelling of the pain,the two in the two groups were not statistically significant(P <0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)Compared with the endoscopic esophageal mucosa grading score,the difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group was statistically significant(p <0.01)(4)Adverse reactions observed,the treatment group did not find significant adverse reactions during treatment,the control group appeared in 2 cases of nausea and discomfort,untreated,natural disappear.Conclusion: Acupuncture and conventional drug therapy can improve the clinical symptoms and endoscopic esophageal mucosal disease,and the curative effect of thetreatment group is better than that of the control group.
