Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of opening four gates combined with specific acupuncture points in the treatment of Osteoarthritisoftheknee (KOA)with phlegmstasis and paralysis. Methods:A collection of 60 KOA patients who were suitable for minimum evacuation were divided into two categories at random: 30 patients who receive oral celecoxib pills along with prevent undue sites, and 30 people receiving only oral celecoxib pods.Celecoxib oral capsules,0.2 g qd,were taken by the control group after breakfast.Patients in the control group received needle prick treatment using a blend of bilateral acupuncture points at Hegu,Taichong, and Sanli on both sides,in addition to Tongguan,Tongshan, and Tongtian on the impacted side, once daily for six days.Prior to and subsequent to changes in efficiency, this same WOMAC and VAS measures, knee mobility,ESR,hs-CRP,and indeed the phlegm-wet and paralysed scale were recorded and recorded.Results:1.As subjective measurements were analyzed, the VAS and WOMAC score dropped to various degrees in the two groups at the termination of psychotherapy(P<0.05).The improvement in the VAS and WOMAC score indices was dramatically higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).2.A comparison of quantifiable metrics revealed that at the culmination of intervention, knee transportation scores in both groups were lower than before treatment, with the decline in the treatment group being more prominent, and the difference was statistically significant. In aspects of ESR and hs-CRP,comparable groups’ ESR and hs-CRP expression levels diminished after treatment(P<0.05),but the differential expression in the treatment group were lower than in the control group, and the dip inhs-CRP was more pronounced(P <0.01).3.In either a contrast of symptom assessments for phlegm stagnation and paralysis, both two auxiliary at the culmination of intervention, with the study participants improving greater than the control group(P<0.05).4.In regards to effectiveness, the mixed acupunture and oral celecoxib group use to have a total effective appraisal of 93.3% at the conclusion of administration, whereas its oral celecoxib group used to have a rate of 73.3%(P<0.05).Conclusions:Combined treatment with Western medicine for phlegmatic and paralytic KOA is superior to treatment with Western medicine alone in terms of serological indices and phlegmatic and paralytic points, and can improve pain symptoms and knee joint dysfunction.
