Objective: To observe angina pectoris symptom, electrocardiogram,TCM syndrome, total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL)before and after treatment of angina pectoris patients with PCI after PCI due to phlegm and blood stasis syndrome by Gualou Shenbai decoction To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Gualou Shenbai Decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris after phlegm and blood stasis type PCI.At the same time, observe its safety and adverse reactions. Methods: 66 patients who met the inclusion criteria(post-PCI angina pectoris phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with conventional Western medicine +Gualoushen Baitang, the course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.Observe the symptoms of angina pectoris,ECG efficacy, total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy index and safety index before and after treatment. The result:(1)Efficacy of angina pectoris: After two groups of patients with angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)after PCI treatment, the efficacy of angina pectoris(p <0.05)was improved. The total effective rate of the control group was80.7%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group 93.8%.After treatment, the ratio of treatment group to control group(p <0.05)was statistically significant.According to the analysis of the results of angina pectoris, the two groups of patients in the control group and the treatment group all improved after treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)The efficacy of electrocardiogram: the therapeutic effect of electrocardiogram after treatment of angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)in two groups of patients after PCI.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.4%.After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(p> 0.05).(3)Efficacy of TCM syndromes: after treatment of two groups of patients with angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)after PCI:TCM symptoms(p<0.05),both improved;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.70%,the control The total effective rate was 71%.After treatment between the two groups, the ratio between the treatment group and the control group(p <0.05)was statistically significant.(4)TCM symptom score:Chest pain, heart palpitations, heavy head wrap, heavy limbs, heavy phlegm, sticky mouth, dark purple lips(p <0.05)were statistically significant in both groups, and chest tightness in the treatment group(p <0.05)was statistically significance.Chest pain, chest tightness, palpitations, heavy head, heavy sputum, sticky mouth, dark purple lips(p <0.05)were statistically significant between groups.(5)Three items of blood lipid: TC,TG and LDL in the treatment group were statistically significant(p <0.0001),and TC,TG and LDL in the control group were statistically significant(p <0.05).TC,TG and LDL(p <0.0001)were statistically significant between groups. Conclusion: Among patients with angina pectoris and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome after PCI,gualoushenbai decoction + conventional Western medicine treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on chest pain, chest tightness, palpitations,It has obvious advantages such as heavy head, heavy phlegm, sticky mouth, improved symptoms of dark purple lips, lower TC,TG,LDL levels, and good safety.
