Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Huatan Quyu Recipe In The Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia (phlegm And Blood Stasis Mutual Resistance Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatanquyu Decoction in the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients with mutual obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis,and make comparative analysis with statistical software to explore its safety,so as to open up a new idea for the treatment of hyperlipidemia with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Sixty cases of hyperlipidemia patients with phlegm and blood stasis interobstruction type were selected from the outpatient department and inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Province,and divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium alone,while the treatment group was additionalized with Huatanquyu Decoction on the basis of statins.The duration of treatment was 4 weeks.The levels of blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C,HD-L-C)and the changes of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were observed,and the adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased compared with before.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Comparison of blood lipid levels: After treatment,the blood lipid levels in both groups were improved(P<0.01).The improvement of TC and LDL-C in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in improving the levels of TG and HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Total clinical efficacy: TCM efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%,the treatment group had better treatment effect,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Therapeutic effect of western medicine lipid: the total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%,the total effective rate of control group was 83.3%.There was significant difference in the efficacy of blood lipid between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Adverse reactions: No significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups of patients during the treatment period,indicating that the two drugs are safe and reliable.Conclusion: 1.Huatanquyu Decoction can effectively improve the TCM clinical symptoms of hyperlipidemia patients with mutual obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis.2.Huatanquyu Decoction can improve TC and LDL-C levels in hyperlipidemia patients with phlegm and blood stasis mutual obstruction.3.Huatanquyu Decoction has no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
