Objective:Moxibustion "Xinshu" and "Feishu" acupoints were used to treat patients with Chronic heart failure(CHF)with qi deficiency and blood stasis, and the effect of moxibustion on improving patients with CHF with qi deficiency and blood stasis was evaluated, broadening clinical treatment methods, reducing patients’ clinical symptoms, and improving the quality of life. Methods:Sixty patients with CHF with qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups with 30 sufferers each group,For control group was treated with Western medicine, and treatment group added moxibustion bilateral "Xinshu" and "Feishu" points on the basis of Western medicine.Record the basic information of the patient in detail. After 4 weeks of treatment, the patient’s cardiac function indexes, serological indicators, quality of life scale and TCM symptom scores were observed, combined with clinical manifestations and recorded.SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis of the collected datum.Results:1.General information: results the clinical date did not differ singificantly between the groups(P>0.05).2.Serum markers: compared between the two groups, the serum levels of BNP,MPO,CRP and s ST2 were reduced after treatment, and the standard of VEGF was rose(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the serum standards of BNP,MPO,CRP and s ST2 in the treatment group were reduced more remarkble, and the level of VEGF increased significantly(P<0.05).3.Cardiac ultrasound: After treatment,LVEF and HR were changed in both groups.Compared with the control group, the LVEF value of the treatment group further increased and the HR value further decreased(P<0.05).4.NYHA cardiac function grading:After treatment, cardiac function improved in both groups. The total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%(P<0.05).5.Minnesota Scale:After treatment, the patient scale scores decreased in both groups, and the treatment group had lower scores and better results than the control group(P<0.05).6.TCM Syndrome Scale:After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of both groups were reduced, and the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).7.Efficacy of TCM symptoms:The total effective ratio of control group was 73.3%,and the treatment group was 96.7%(P<0.05).8.Safety during treatment: During treatment, neither group experienced adverse reactions and discomfort, and there were no obvious abnormalities in clinical vital signs and related safety indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Moxibustion "Xin Shu" and "Fei Shu" united with Western medicine in the treatment of sufferers with CHF with qi deficiency and blood stasis are better than those treated with conventional Western medicine.2.Moxibustion "Xin Shu" and "Fei Shu" can reduce the level of s ST2 and increase the level of VEGF,which can alleviate the damage of cardiomyocytes in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis CHF to certain degree and improve the symptoms of heart failure.3.Moxibustion "Xin Shu" and "Fei Shu" can reduce the level of MPO and CRP,and regulate the level of related inflammatory factors in patients with CHF with qi deficiency and blood stasis.4.Moxibustion "Xin Shu" and "Fei Shu" can inprove LVEF and reduce HR,and have a certain role in improving the cardiac function of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis CHF.
