| With the rapid development of medical technology,Medical consumables are essential consumables in medical services.It is widely used in various clinical diagnosis,treatment and nursing fields.more and more consumables have been significantly improved in terms of function,product specification,model and quality,which has largely promoted the improvement of medical service level.But the management of medical consumables in hospitals is far from keeping up with the development level of medical services and medical consumables,resulting in many problems,such as low efficiency of consumables management,high cost,and large inventory funds.The traditional extensive management mode of medical consumables is no longer suitable for the development of new digital hospitals.With the deepening reform of the medical industry and the arrival of the age of population aging,the rapid development of medical business and the rapid growth of medical consumables consumption.The quality,safety and rationality of medical consumables will become the focus of patients and competent departments.Especially after the implementation of the medical reform policies such as the two-ticket system and zero plus,the management of medical consumables will face greater challenges,which also puts forward higher requirements for the refined management of medical consumables,and is increasingly important for the improvement of hospital operation and management.The previous consumables management system is no longer suitable for new digital hospitals.The research object of this thesis is C Hospital,a large digital comprehensive Grade III Class A hospital invested and built by a group in Sichuan Province.At the initial stage of operation,the classification management system of consumables master data was established according to ABC classification;The concept of refined management was introduced to establish a refined management system for consumables and a consumables management information system;According to the theory of medical supply chain(SPD),the whole life cycle management system of consumables is established.Systematically analyzed the current situation of the consumables management system of Hospital C,and found the problems in the construction of the consumables management system by collecting,sorting out and comparing the relevant data of the consumables operation: the proportion of the consumables income to the medical income,the proportion of the consumables cost to the medical cost,and the proportion of the consumables inventory to the medical supplies inventory of Hospital C,which is relatively high compared with other hospitals of the same size.By analyzing,summarizing and sorting out the causes of the problems: the problem of consumable classification,the Problems in management process,and the problem of warehouse management.According to the actual situation of the hospital and the medical insurance policy,aiming at the problem of the classification of consumables,this thesis puts forward suggestions on optimizing the list of Class C consumables in ABC category,as well as the compression of the specification of Class ABC consumables;Combined with the requirements of refined management,the approval levels related to the management process are compressed;Aiming at the problem of inventory management,combined with the concepts of supply(S)and distribution(D)in medical supply chain theory(SPD),a safe inventory model based on demand forecasting and reorder point strategy is proposed to improve the consumables management information system.Through the construction and improvement of the consumable management system,the goal of reducing the operating cost of the hospital,optimizing the allocation of hospital resources,improving the service level and competitiveness of the hospital,and supporting the sustainable development of the hospital operation has been achieved. |
