| Objective The attention network characteristics of patients with self-limited epilepsy(Se LECTS)with centrotemporal spikes(Se LECTS)and electrical status epilepticus(ESES)during sleep were investigated by attention network test paradigm(ANT)in cognitive behavior,To find out the specific components of attention impairment in Se LECTS patients with ESES,and explore the clinical factors related to attention impairment,so as to provide reference for formulating targeted intervention measures.Method Using case-control study,The attention network test tool was used to examine51 Se LECTS patients with ESES phenomenon for the first time(ESES group)and 60 healthy children(control group)treated in Anhui Medical University affiliated Provincial Children’s Hospital from September 2020 to August 2022,The correlation between the parameters of three attention subnetworks and clinical indexes in patients with Se LECTS with ESES was analyzed. Results A total of 51 Se LECTS patients with ESES were included in this study, including 32 males and 19 females. The mean age at the time of testing was(8.50±1.92)years old,and the age of the first seizure was(6.27±2.13)years old.Among them,2 cases had a history of febrile convulsions, and 3 cases had a family history of epilepsy.(1)Compared with the healthy control group, the correct rate of ESES group[(94.54±5.40)vs(99.05±1.74),p=0.000] was decreased, the total reaction time[(946.57±227.28)vs(675.55±134.49),p=0.000] was prolonged, and the efficiency of attention vigilance[(34.0(15.0,56.0)vs 51.5(21.0,81.0),p=0.033],attention orientation[31.0(1.0,62.0)vs 52.0(35.0,82.0),p=0.000] and attention execution control[79.0(50.0,105.0)vs 52.0(27.0,75.0),p=0.000] were all decreased, and the differences were statistically significant;(2)In the correlation analysis,it was found that the efficiency of the alert network was negatively correlated with the SWI was negatively correlated with the SWI(r=-0.554,p=0.000),There was no significant correlation with test age, gender, age of first seizure, history of febrile seizures, family history of epilepsy, seizure frequency, seizure duration, seizure form, therapeutic drugs, discharge site.Direction network efficiency and executive control network efficiency were not found to be significantly correlated with SWI,test age, gender, age of first seizure, history of febrile convulsions, family history of epilepsy, seizure frequency, seizure duration, seizure form, therapeutic drugs, discharge site sex.Conclusion(1)the three subnetworks of attention function were impaired in Se LECTS patients with ESES phenomenon;(2)The higher the spike wave index, the more serious the damage to the alertness network. |
