Clinical Observation Of Yijing Yangrong Decoction Combinde With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Qi And Blood Deficiency Pattern In High Myopic Chorioretinopathy

Objective:Provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of high myopic chorioretinopathy by observeing the clinical effect of Yijing Yangrong decoction combinde with acupuncture in the treatment of qi and blood deficiency pattern in high myopic chorioretinopathy.Methods:From November 2021 to November 2022,120 patients with qi and blood deficiency pattern in high myopic chorioretinopathy who were met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into three groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Yijing Yangrong decoction combinde with acupuncture;the control group 1 was given Yijing Yangrong decoction;the control group 2was given acupuncture.All patients were treate d for 4 weeks,at the same time,the TCM symptoms,uncorrected visual acuity,diopter,axial length,,central retinal artery flow parameters(including peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV),resistance index(RI),MD of patients before and after treament were recorded,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS26.0.Results:1.The TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the three groups were significantly improved(P <0.05),and the improvement of TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group 1(P < 0.05)and the control group 2(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between control group1 and control group 2(P > 0.05).2.Uncorrected visual acuity: After treatment,the uncorrected visual acuity of the three groups was improved(P < 0.05),and the improvement of uncorrected visual acuity in the treatment group was better than that in the control group 1(P < 0.05)and the control group 2(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference in uncorrected visual acuity between control group 1and control group 2(P > 0.05).3.Diopter: After treatment,There was no significant difference in diopter improvement among the three groups after treatment(P > 0.05),the diopter in the control group 2 and treatment group was different from that before treatment(P< 0.05).4.Axial length: After treatment,there was no significant difference among the three groups(P > 0.05).5.The central retinal artery blood flow parameters were as follows:(1)Peak systolic velocity(PSV): After treatment,PSV was improved in all three groups as compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),the improvement of PSV in treatment group was significantly superior to that in control group 1(P < 0.05)and control group 2(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference in PSV between control group 1 and Control Group2(P > 0.05)(2)End diastolic velocity(EDV): After treatment,the EDV of all three groups were improved(P < 0.05),the improvement of EDV in treatment group was significantly superior to that in control group 1(P < 0.05)and control group 2(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in EDV between control group 1 and Control Group 2(P > 0.05).(3)Resistance index(RI): After treatment,the RI of the three groups were improved(P < 0.05),and the RI of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group 2(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference in RI between treatment group and Control Group 1(P <0.05),there was no significant difference in RI between control group 1 and Control Group 2(P > 0.05).6.MD: After treatment,MD of all the patients in the three groups were improved(P < 0.05),and the improvement of MD in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group 1(P < 0.05)and the control group 2(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference in MD between Control Group 1 and Control Group 2(P > 0.05).7.Curative effec:(1)Curative effect for TCM syndrome:The total effective rate was89.74% in treatment group,71.79% in control group 1 and 79.49% in control group 2,indicating that after treatment,the clinical curative effect for TCM symptom of treatment group is better than the other two groups.(2)Curative effect for uncorrected visual acuity: The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group,62.82% in the control group 1,55.13% in the control group 2.After treatment,the clinical curative effect for the treatment group was better than that of the other two groups.Conclusions:(1)Yijing Yangrong decoction combinde with acupuncture,Yijing Yangrong decoction and acupuncture are effective in the treatment of high myopia with chorioretinopathy due to deficiency of qi and blood,the patients’ symptoms,naked vision,Central retinal artery blood flow,and mean defect Index of visual field.(2)The therapeutic effect of Yijing Yangrong decoction combined with acupuncture on high myopia with chorioretinopathy due to deficiency of qi and blood is better than that of Yijing Yangrong decoction alone and acupuncture alone.
