Clinical Observation Of Shenqi Quyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) And Its Influence On NLR And MHR

Objective:Through the observation of clinical efficacy in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence),this trial was conducted to explore the effectiveness of the combination of Shenqi Quyu Decoction with western medicine and to provide more ideas and methods for clinical treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence).Method:Using a randomized controlled trial,70 patients who attended the outpatient clinic of the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 35 patients in each group(67 cases were included,2 cases were lost in the control group,and 1 case was lost in the treatment group).The control group was given conventional Western medical treatment,and the treatment group was given Shenqi Quyu Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the treatment course was 4 weeks.Some indicators were recorded,and SPSS26.0 software was used to organize and statistically analyze the data.These include the TCM syndrome score and effect,angina pectoris symptom score and treatment effect,the stopping and decreasing rate of nitroglycerin,NLR,MHR and related safety indexes were recorded before and after treatment.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in general information(gender,age,course of the disease,etc.)between the two groups before treatment,and they were comparable(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome score and effect:After treatment,the total points of TCM syndrome score in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement of the total points of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The improvement of chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue and dull complexion in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).As for the efficacy of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate in the treatment group(82.2%)was higher than that in the control group(75.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Angina pectoris symptom score and treatment effect:After treatment,the total score of angina symptoms in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the improvement of the total score of angina symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);regarding the efficacy of angina,the total effective rate in the treatment group(88.2%)was higher than that in the control group(69.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The stopping and decreasing rate of nitroglycerin:After treatment,the nitroglycerin withdrawal rate in the treatment group(82.4%)was higher than that in the control group(66.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.NLR and MHR:After treatment,NLR and MHR improved in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement of NLR and MHR in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Safety and adverse reactions:The patient’s vital signs were stable during the treatment period,and there were no significant abnormalities in the patient’s blood and urine routines,liver function,kidney function and other safety indicators,and no adverse events occurred during the whole treatment process.Conclusion:Conventional western medicine combined with Shenqi Quyu Decoction for the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence)can reduce the TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris symptom score and the use of nitroglycerin,help relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the inflammatory factors levels of NLR and MHR.
