| Objective: The study included people after mixed hemorrhoids, and the clinical efficacy of purslane external application on promoting postoperative wound healing was observed through clinical controlled trials. It’s in order to provide more ways for the current wound treatment after mixed hemorrhoidal surgery. Methods: Eighty subjects after the inclusion criteria screening were randomly enrolled in the control group and the experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with regular dressing changes with purslane after surgery, and the control group used nitrofural conventional treatment regimen. The wound conditions on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th days of treatment in the two groups were observed and recorded, including Including wound edema, bleeding, exudation, wound healing time and healing rate. After collecting data, the data is used for statistical processing, the results are obtained, and then make a conclusion. Results:The wound healed well in both groups. After data processing, the experimental group and the control group in the wound healing time has a statistical difference(P<0.05).The healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group. In addition, there was an overall difference in wound exudation scores between the two groups during the observation period(P<0.05),and the test group was better than the control group. However, there was no difference in the distribution of wound bleeding score and wound edema score(P>0.05).Conclusion: This study showed that purslane topical application has considerable efficacy in promoting wound healing after mixed hemorrhoidal surgery, and also improves the problems of exudation during the healing process. Moreover,Portulaca oleracea L.is safe and worthy of further study and application in clinic. |
