The Clinical Observation Of Huosha Oral Liquid Treatment Of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction In Patients On Sepsis Of Spleen Deficiency And Dampness

PurposeThis subject aims to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy,and further explore the mechanism of drug action of Huosha Oral Liquid by observing the SOFA score,gastrointestinal dysfunction score,5-hydroxytrypt-amine(5-HT),heme oxygenase-1(HO-1),fecal calprotectin(FCP),fecal C-reactive protein(CRP)levels and other indicators in patien-ts with sepsis with spleen deficiency and dampness before and after treatment with Huosha Oral Liquid.MethodAccording to the inclusion criteria,this project collected 64 cases of patients who were diagnosed with sepsis in the emergency department of Fujian Provincial People Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023,and met the syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness in traditional Chinese medicine.The study subjects selected 64 patients in the emergency department who were diagnosed with sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction by Western medicine and spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine,and divided the 64 patients into a treatment group of 32 cases and a control group of 32 cases according to the random number table method.Among them,31 cases were in the treatment group(1 case was excluded);30cases were in the control group(2 cases were excluded),and finally 61 patients completed the study.The control group was treated with conventional sepsis treatment.The treatment group was treated with Huosha Oral Liquid on the basis of the conventional sepsis treatment.The treatment period was 1 week.During the treatment,the values of 5-HT,HO-1,FCP and CRP were measured,and the SOFA score,gastrointestinal dysfunction score and TCM syndrome score were scored on the patients.Statistical methods were used to analyze and compare the differences before and after the results,and finally to evaluate the curative effect and safety.Result1.The scores of SOFA and gastrointestinal dysfunction scores in the treatment group and control group were significantly lower than those before treatment in the treatment group(P<0.01).The SOFA score and gastrointestinal dysfunction score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the levels of 5-HT,fecal FCP and CRP in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.01),and the level of HO-1 was significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the 5-HT,FCP,and CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower after treatment(all P<0.05),HO-1 was increased,with a difference and statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.And it was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.32%,and that of the control group was 80%.no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups,which is safe.In conclusion1.Huosha Oral Liquid can effectively reduce the SOFA score,gastrointestinal dysfunction score and TCM syndrome score in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction due to spleen deficiency and excessive dampness,and improve gastrointestinal function.2.Huosha Oral Liquid can affect the regulation of 5-HT and HO-1 in the body of patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by spleen deficiency and excessive dampness,and improve the gastrointestinal function of patients.3.Huosha Oral Liquid can reduce fecal FCP and CRP levels in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by spleen-deficiency and damp-excessive sepsis,reduce the inflammatory response of the gastrointestinal tract,and improve the gastrointestinal function of patients.
