Clinical Observation Of Huangshu Capsuies In The Curing Of Downward Flow Of Damp-heat Sign Of Low Simple Anal Fistula Postoperative Wound Healing

Objective:Research on the affect of Huangshu Capsuies for oral,method for treating downward flow of damp-heat sign of low simple anal fistula after surgery,sufferers on wound secretion,the pain of the wound,wound granulation tissue growth,wound healing conditions and the influence of total curative effect,etc.Methods:According to random number table,will be included in the standard of 60 patients,divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each.Two groups on the basis of the same routine therapy before and after operation,the treatment group on postoperative day 1 after switching to oral the hospital preparations of Huangshu Capsuies(Fujian word Z06106030 medicine system,specifications of 0.3 g/grains),3 pills every time,3 times a day,taking 14 days,the control group to conventional treatment.Observe two groups of patients with postoperative day 3,7 day,14 day,21 day secretions,the pain of the wound,wound granulation tissue growth rate and record data.The day after surgery,postoperative day 3,7 day,14 day,21 day measuring area size,calculate the area of the wound healing rate,wound healing time and 28 days after the total curative effect.Results:Collection of selected 60 patients,no case of loss.Before treatment in two groups of cases of sex,age,disease process distribution,discharge,the pain of the wound pain,wound granulation tissue growth situation,such as comparison,differences were no statistics significance,baseline before treatment is consistent,is comparable.Research results are as follows:(1)Wound secretion:Two groups of postoperative 3,7,14,21 days situation is wound secretion were significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.(2)Postoperative wound pain:In the two groups after 3,7,14,21 days wound pain situation is there existed significant differences(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.(3)Wound granulation tissue growth:After 3 days,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference;Postoperative day 7,14 day,21 day two groups than the results show significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group on postoperative day 7 improve granulation growth situation is better than the control group.(4)Area size,the healing rate of the wound and wound healing time:two groups of postoperative day 3,wound area size,and healing rate(P>0.05),there was no statistically significant difference;Postoperative 7,14,21 days the area size of the wound and the healing rate of comparative differences(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.The treatment group the average wound healing time(23.20±2.696)days,the control group(26.67±1.900)the average wound healing time day,wound healing time comparison exists significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group the average healing time is shorter than the control group.(5)The total curative effect:28 days,two groups of efficient is 100%.Treatment group cure rate 96.67%,control group cure rate 96.67%,the contrast of statistics show the difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huangshu Capsuies can effectively reduce the postoperative complications,can obviously reduce the wound secretion,relieve postoperative wound pain,promote wound granulation tissue growth,accelerate wound healing,shorten the healing period,etc.,so as to improve the quality of life.And drugs does not appear in the process of adverse reaction,better security,clinical worth popularization and application.
