Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Huashi Decoction On Functional Diarrhea (Syndrome Of Weakness Of Spleen And Stomach)

Objective:To assess the clinical effectiveness and security of Jianpihuashi Decoction in the treatment of Functional diarrhea(spleen and stomach deficiency Syndrome)by observing the changes of TCM syndrome score and various symptom scores in the treatment of Functional diarrhea(spleen and stomach deficiency Syndrome).Methods: 72 patients who met the criteria for Functional diarrhea and spleen and stomach deficiency Syndrome who attended the Spleen and Stomach Disease Clinic of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were included,and 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 36 patients in each group.Among them,the treatment group received Jianpihuashi Decoction,and the control group was given Shenlingbaizhu granules,and the course of treatment in each group was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of Jianpihuashi Decoction was objectively evaluated by comparing and analyzing the TCM syndrome scores,total effective rate,recurrence rate and safety evaluation before and after treatment in the Jianpihuashi Decoction Group and the Shenlingbaizhu granules Group.Results1.Comparison of efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group taking Jianpihuashi Decoction was 94.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group taking proprietary Chinese medicines(Shenlingbaizhu granules)was 80.00%,and the effective rate of Jianpihuashi Decoction was better than that of Shenlingbaizhu granules(P<0.05).2.Comparison of total symptom scores: the total scores of TCM symptoms and singl e symptom scores of the Jianpihuashi Decoction group and the Shenlingbaizhu granule group were significantly reduced(P<0.05)after 4 weeks 0f treatment,indicating that the clinical symptoms of the each group of patients were improved after treatment,but the Jianpihuashi Decoction group was better than the Shenlingbaizhu granules group(P<0.05)in the improvement of the three symptoms of Loose stools and diarrhea,adding a little greasy cause increased stool frequency,and anorexia.3.Recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the treatment group taking Jianpihuashi Decoction was 18.75%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was 41.94%,the recurrence rate in the Jianpihuashi Decoction group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Jianpihuashi Decoction can improve the symptoms and signs of FDr(spleen and stomach deficiency Syndrome);2.Both Jianpihuashi Decoction and Shenlingbaizhu granules have efficacy in the treatment of FDr(spleen and stomach deficiency Syndrome),but Jianpihuashi Decoction has more effective than Shenlingbaizhu granules in improving Loose stools and diarrhea,adding a little greasy cause increased stool frequency,and anorexia,and the former has a lower recurrence rate.
