| Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jinghu Tongmai formula in the treatment of wind-phlegm-stasis type acute cerebral infarction,and to provide clinical guidance and medication reference for the treatment and further study of wind-phlegm-stasis type acute cerebral infarction.Methods: All the patients were hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the established experimental protocol,72 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of wind-phlegm-stasis acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 patients in each group.All patients received basic medical treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Jinghu Tongmai formula.The observation period was 14 days.NIHSS score,ADL score,TCM syndrome score,hemorheology and safety indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment and 14 days after treatment,so as to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the experimental regimen.Results:(1)Comparison of NIHSS score: There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups at admission(P > 0.05);After 14 days of treatment,NIHSS scores of both groups decreased compared with admission(P < 0.05),and the decrease of Jinghu Tongmai formula group was greater than that of simple medical treatment group(P < 0.05).These results indicate that Jinghu Tongmai formula can obviously improve the neurological defects in patients with ischemic stroke.(2)Comparison of ADL scores: There was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups at admission(P > 0.05);After 14 days of treatment,ADL scores of both groups were higher than those at admission(P < 0.05),and the increase was more obvious in Jinghu Tongmai formula group(P < 0.05).It indicates that Jinghu Tongmai can greatly improve the daily living ability of patients with ischemic stroke.(3)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: there was no significant difference between the two groups at the time of enrollment(P > 0.05);After the observation period,TCM syndrome scores in both the treatment group and the control group were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and the decrease rate was greater in the treatment group(P < 0.05).The results showed that Jinghu Tongmai formula could improve the clinical symptoms of patients.(4)Hemorheology comparison: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in various indexes between the two sides(P > 0.05).After 14 days of treatment,whole blood viscosity was high cut,whole blood viscosity was low cut,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were decreased(P<0.05),and the reduction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).It showed that Jinghu Tongmai formula had anticoagulation,antithrombotic and anti-AS effects.(5)Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome: 34 patients in Jinghu Tongmai formula group were cured and effective,and 2 patients were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 94.44%;A total of 27 patients in the simple medical treatment group were cured and effective,8 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 77.15%.There was a significant difference between the two(P < 0.05).These results indicated that Jinghu Tongmai formula could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of acute cerebral infarction with windphlegm-stasis.(6)Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of Jinghu Tongmai formula group was 91.67% better than that of simple medical treatment group(71.43%)(P < 0.05).It is concluded that Jinghu Tongmai formula can significantly improve the clinical effect of wind-phlegm-stasis type acute cerebral infarction.(7)(1)Liver(AST,ALT)and kidney(BUN,Cr)function tests were performed before and after treatment in all patients included in the study,and there was no significant difference in the results.(2)During the whole test,the patient’s body temperature,pulse,blood pressure,respiration,blood routine,urine and feces routine,coagulation function and ECG were monitored,and no obvious abnormalities were observed.Conclusions:(1)Jinghu Tongmai formula combined with basic medical treatment was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy and clinical efficacy of wind-phlegm-stasis type acute cerebral infarction patients.(2)Patients with acute cerebral infarction syndrome of wind-phlegm-stasis were treated with Jinghu Tongmai formula,which has significant curative effect and can effectively improve the neurological impairment,daily living ability and hemorheology of the patients.(3)Jinghu Tongmai Formula has no adverse events and side effects,such as bleeding,allergy,liver and kidney function damage,gastrointestinal reactions,etc.,which has a high safety factor and concise formulation,which meets the national requirements for new drug research and development,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
