Research On The Regularity Of Blood Stasis Syndrome Treated By Zhang Zhongjing

Objective: blood stasis syndrome is one of the most common basic syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It is the common basis for the onset or progression of many major diseases,including cardiac cerebrovascular disease,tumor,immune diseases and so on,in order to further study the rule of diagnosis and treatment of blood stasis syndrome,the articles and prescriptions related to blood stasis syndrome in “Shanghan lun” and “Jingui Yaolue” were arranged and analyzed in this paper,to explore the experience,regularity and characteristics of Zhang Zhongjing in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome based on syndrome differentiation,summarize its characteristics,inherit and carry forward the regularity of Zhongjing in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome,and provide certain literature basis and theoretical support for clinical application.Research methods: according to the definition of blood stasis syndrome in modern Chinese medicine,Zhao Kaimei’s edition of treatise on Shanghan lun and Jinkui Yaolue Fanglun were selected as research editions.Based on the notes of ancient Chinese medical books and the works of materia medica,we selected the articles and Jinkui Yaolue related to blood stasis syndrome in treatise on febrile diseases and treatise on traditional Chinese medicine,and analyzed the corresponding relationship between syndromes and treatment methods,to explore the characteristics and rules of Zhang Zhongjing’s treatment of blood stasis syndrome.Results: in the first part of the thesis,we discussed the Huangdi Neijing of blood stasis syndrome,the second part deals with the etiology,syndrome types,therapeutic methods,prescriptions and medicines of blood stasis syndrome recorded in Shang Hanlun and Jinkui Yaolue,and differentiates the related prescriptions and syndromes,the results of the analysis are as follows:Based on the definition of blood stasis syndrome in a broad sense,the Shang Han Lun articles and prescriptions related to blood stasis syndrome were selected from the two books,treatise on Febrile Diseases and Jinkui Yaolue,there are 18 articles in treatise on febrile diseases,11 prescriptions,74 articles in treatise on Febrile Jinkui Yaolue and 42 prescriptions.Generally speaking,the cause of blood stasis syndrome can be divided into two aspects:external infection and internal injury,and at the same time,there is deficiency of vital energy in the body.Generally speaking,the cause of blood stasis syndrome can be divided into two aspects:external infection and internal injury.From the aspect of syndrome,the syndrome of blood stasis includes the syndrome of wind stagnation and blood stasis caused by Ying Wei in the wind or wind evil entering the abdomen.The light cases are treated with acupuncture to arouse yang qi,the severe cases are treated with Huangqi Ramulus Cinnamomi Wu Wu Wu Tang and red-blue flower wine to dispel wind and promote blood circulation.The syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis caused by invasion of external cold or endogenesis of yin-cold is treated by Tongyang Huoxue decoction of Angelica Sini,Gualou Xiebai Baijiu decoction and Aconitum Chishi pill.The syndrome of heat and blood stasis caused by internal stagnation of heat pathogen is treated by Qingre and Huoxue decoction such as Yinchenhao decoction,didangtang decoction and Shengma Biejia decoction.Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome caused by Qi obstruction is treated with Xuanfuhua decoction and Danggui Shaoyao powder.The syndrome caused by prolonged accumulation of blood stasis,or the syndrome of mass in dried blood,is treated with Guizhi Fuling Pill,Biejia Jian Pill and Dahuang Zhechong Pill.In the treatment of blood stasis syndrome,Zhang Zhongjing paid attention to the protection of vital energy of the body,so as to add the drugs for strengthening vital energy,or slow down the use of drugs,or stop the disease to recuperate.In the treatment of blood stasis syndrome,Zhang Zhongjing paid attention to scrutinizing the prescriptions,selecting acupuncture or prescriptions for treatment according to the location of the disease and the severity of the disease.The prescriptions were precise in medication,precise in compatibility,accurate in dosage and flexible in usage.Zhang Zhongjing is good at treating blood stasis syndrome with the method of guided by the situation,judging the disease location of blood stasis syndrome according to the syndrome,and treating the disease according to the method of guided by the situation,so as to give the evil Qi a way out and make it resolve from the nearby location.Zhang Zhongjing paid attention to dispersing and aggregation in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome,commonly used medicines for dispersing and aggregating are peony,cassia twig,Angelica sinensis,rhubarb,peach kernel,fructus aurantii,Bupleurum chinense,wormwood,poria cocos,peony bark,flos trumpet,sophora tatarinowii,Sophora tatarinowii,Sophora japonica,leech,etc.,regulate the movement of Qi,blood and body fluid to eliminate blood stasis.Zhang Zhongjing is good at using peony to promote blood circulation and nourish the blood and nourish Ying,and he is good at using peony to treat the syndrome of blood stasis.14 prescriptions of peony are often combined with Ramulus Cinnamomi to pass ying-wei,with Angelica to promote blood circulation and nourish blood,and with fructus aurantii to break qi and blood,used for slow blood flow.Zhang Zhongjing is good at using cassia twig to disperse cold and regulate qi and blood,and 13 prescriptions are used in treating blood stasis syndrome,combined with Allium macrostemon to Tongyang Kaibi Sanjie,combined with peony to recuperate ying-wei stasis.Zhang Zhongjing used rhubarb to dissipate heat and remove stasis from fu-organs,and used rhubarb to treat blood stasis syndrome.He used rhubarb to remove heat and blood stasis,combined with peach kernel to remove heat and blood stasis,combined with Euphorbia kansui to remove water and blood stasis,and combined with saltpetre to remove dampness and heat stasis,it is most effective to treat the accumulation of mass and the accumulation of dried blood by using it together with insectlike drugs for removing blood stasis.Zhang Zhongjing is good at using peach kernel to activate blood and remove qi and stasis,and uses nine prescriptions of peach kernel to treat blood stasis syndrome.It is often combined with rhubarb to activate blood and remove qi and stagnation,or combined with Cassia twig to remove blood stasis and remove Yang and phlegm,or combined with Coix seed to remove dampness and remove blood stasis,or combined with insect drugs,to enhance its function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Zhang Zhongjing is good at using the potential of alcohol to induce blood stasis,and he has 10 prescriptions for treating blood stasis syndrome,used for Biejia decoction pill,Dahuang Zhuchong Pill,Gualouxiebai Baijiu decoction,Gualouxiebai banxia decoction,Ephedra alcohol decoction,Danggui shaoyao powder,Honglanhua wine,Tuguagen Powder,Xiayuxue decoction,Danggui Sini plus Wuzhuyu ginger decoction,help potential blood circulation,blood stasis.Zhang Zhongjing is good at using insect medicine to remove blood stasis,using leeches to remove blood stasis from urination,using horseflies to treat evil heat,storing blood along with the passage into the interior,using mud-turtle worms to remove blood stasis for a long time,using grubs to treat bi-qi and Qi stagnation,and using rat women to remove blood stasis as well as Qi stagnation,the dung beetle dispels the intestinal syndrome.Conclusion:(1)in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome,Zhang Zhongjing paid attention to the prescription,precise medication,strengthening vital energy and stopping the disease.(2)Zhang Zhongjing usually treats blood stasis syndrome according to the situation.(3)Zhang Zhongjing paid attention to dispersing and gathering,regulating the metabolism of Qi,blood and body fluid.(4)Zhang Zhongjing used peony,cassia twig,rhubarb,peach kernel,wine and insect drugs to promote blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis.
