Analysis Of The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Insulin Resistance In Type 2 Diabetes Based On Literature Research

Purpose:In this study,through the collection of literatures on the treatment of insu lin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus by traditional Chinese medicine in Chinese jo urnals from January 1,2009 to December 31,2018 in CNKI,VIP database and Wanf ang database,Excle and SPSS 19.0 software were used to statistically process the dru gs in the literatures.Based on this,the article discusses the traditional Chinese medic ine medication rules for treating insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes in the past 10 y ears,and provides new ideas for contemporary physicians to treat the disease with tra ditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:From January 1,2009 to December 31,2018,the literat ures on the treatment of insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes by traditional Chinese m edicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the full-text database of Chinese periodical s were collected,the effective prescriptions and prescriptions were sorted out,and the database was established using Microsoft Excle software.Taking a single Chinese her bal medicine as a variable,all Chinese herbal medicines in the compound prescription will be assigned a value of 1,and none will be assigned a value of 0.According t o the frequency of occurrence of each Chinese herbal medicine,the drugs with freque ncy > 20 were selected and included in SPSS 19.0 statistical software for systematic cluster analysis.The drugs with high frequency and the same cluster are analyzed fr om the angles of drug classification of Chinese herbal medicines,sexual taste and mer idian tropism.Results:In this study,a total of 217 articles that met the criteria were screened,an d the Chinese medicines involved were 178 flavors with a total frequency of 1846.C ommonly used traditional Chinese medicine(frequency > 20)30 flavor,the cumulative frequency of 1182,accounting for 64.03% of the total frequency,is a commonly use d drug for the treatment of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes.According to the cla ssification of drug taste,cold drugs are common in medicine,and sweet drugs are co mmonly used in Wuwei.In terms of drug classification,the highest frequency category is tonic medicine,the cumulative frequency is 538 times,accounting for 29.14% of the total frequency.Temper drugs are especially commonly used;according to the cl assification of drugs,the higher frequency is the drug into the liver.Cluster analysis will be performed using drugs with a frequency >20,which can be divided into five clusters.Conclusion:1.The core drugs for treating T2 DM with IR are astragalus membranaceus,poria coc os,salvia miltiorrhiza,rhizoma coptidis,radix puerariae and other 30 drugs,among w hich astragalus is the most frequently used drug.2.For the treatment of T2 DM combined with IR,the main drugs were cold drugs,th e main drugs were sweet drugs,and the main drugs were drugs entering the liver me ridian.3.For the treatment of T2 DM combined with IR drugs,the deficiency tonic drugs we re used most frequently in drug classification,and the temperature-tonifying drugs wer e mainly used.4.Through cluster analysis,five common drug groups for the treatment of T2 DM wit h IR were obtained,and the principles of their prescriptions were analyzed,and the p athogenesis and common syndromes of T2 DM were found.
