Objective:This paper investigates Professor Yang Nan’s expertise in treating primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS)through data mining technology and the V2.5 software system.It seeks to determine the prescription and regularity of the treatment based on the six meridians of the syndrome,thereby providing a reliable reference for the clinical treatment of this illness,as well as resolving the patient’s pain and enhancing their qualitoflife.Methods: This study sought to investigate Professor Yang Nan’s involvement in the management of primary nephrotic syndrome from June 2016 to June 2021 in the Nephrology Department.The Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese 2021 Medicine’s First Clinical Hospital,and the potency and security of its traditional Chinese medicine treatments,was examined.The study’s contents encompass carding medical records,drug analysis,treatment plan formulation,and drug utilization,among others.,in order toobtain better treatment results.Results: Through the analysis of 200 medical records,the results are as follows:The ratio of male to female patients is roughly 1.12:1,with the number of males being slightly greater than females.Puffiness,fatigue,and foamy urine were the three most common symptoms,while tooth-marked tongues,red tongues,and fat tongues were the most frequent,and white greasy fur was the most common.Fur of yellow,greasy,and slippery hue is the most frequent pulse state;weak pulse,slippery pulse,and string thin pulse are the most commonly employed traditional Chinese remedies.atractylodes macrocephala,Poria,and astragalus,atractylodes macrocephala.Conclusion:The tutor,in treating primary nephrotic syndrome,applies the principle of "tonifying spleen and treating kidney deficiency" as their treatment approach,with special emphasis on the control of spleen and stomach.The prescription is the primary technique employed in the therapy,resulting in a succinct and efficacious remedy.He,having inherited the classics,summarizes his clinical experience and emphasizes the features of traditional Chinese medicine.A comprehensive overview and examination of the clinical management of primary nephrotic syndrome,as well as a more advantageous inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine,is presented herein. |
