Based On Data Mining Analysis Of Professor Zeng Jianbin’s Medication Law In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure

Study objective: With the help of a data mining platform,this study was conducted to analyze the frequency,flavour,genus and drug combinations of commonly used traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)by Professor Zeng Jianbin,to derive core drugs and summarize their medication pattern for the treatment of chronic heart failure,which provides a reference for the treatment of chronic heart failure by Chinese medicine.Methods: Patients attending the outpatient and inpatient clinics of Professor Zeng Jianbin at the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from August 1,2019 to August 1,2022 were collected,and the cases meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were used as the original data,and the data were entered using Microsoft Office Excel2019 after standardized processing of the original data to establish the database.The collected case data were statistically analyzed using Microsoft Office Excel 2019,and the distribution of gender and age was statistically analyzed,and the frequency analysis was performed on the evidence type,clinical symptoms,tongue and pulse signs,frequency of drug use,and the nature,taste,and efficacy of drugs.SPSS Modeler 18.0was used to analyze the drugs by second and third order association rules.Cluster analysis of drugs was performed using SPSS statistics 26.Results:1.general situation analysis: a total of 105 cases meeting the criteria were included,with more female patients than male patients,including 56 female patients and 49 male patients,accounting for 53.33%and 46.67%,respectively.the average age of the patients in this included cases was 78.9 years,with the oldest patient being 95 years old and the youngest patient being 47 years old.the patients’ ages were mainly concentrated between the ages of 71-80 and 81-90.2.Frequency analysis: The frequency of the evidence types in this study was ranked from highest to lowest as follows: Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Yang deficiency and blood stasis with phlegm-drink,Qi deficiency and blood stasis with phlegm-drink,Yang deficiency and blood stasis,Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis,and Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis with phlegm-drink.The top ten symptoms in terms of frequency were:chest tightness,palpitation,poor sleep,asthenia,poor appetite,cough,swelling,dizziness,weakness,and coughing phlegm.The top ten tongue symptoms in terms of frequency were: dark red tongue,white greasy moss,dark tongue,thin white moss,red tongue,yellow greasy moss,little moss,light tongue,white moss,light red tongue;the top ten pulse symptoms in terms of frequency were: slippery pulse,stringent pulse,weak pulse,thin pulse,sunken pulse,knotty pulse,sunken weak pulse,slippery pulse,weak pulse,thin slippery pulse.The drugs with the highest frequency of use were Glycyrrhiza glabra,Chuan Xiong,Fu Ling,Chen Pi,Angelica sinensis,Huang Qi,Mai Dong,Bai Zhu,Dang Shen,Wu Wei Zi,Chai Hu,and Fa Ban Xia.The top ranking of all drugs in terms of their medicinal properties,taste and meridian are;warm,cold,flat;sweet,bitter,pungent;lung meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian.3.Association rule analysis: All herbal medicines appearing in 271 prescriptions were counted,and then second-and third-order association rule analysis of drugs was performed,resulting in the commonly used pairs and medicine groups of Mai Dong-Wu Wei Zi,Gan Cao-Chai Hu,Chen Pi-Fa Ban Xia,Chuan Xiong-Di Long,Huang Qi-Sheng Ma,Mai Dong-Wu Wei Zi-Huang Qi,Chen Pi-Fa Ban Xia-Fu Ling,Gan Cao-Chai Hu-Angelica,Chen Pi-Fa Ban Xia-Gan Cao,Bai Zhu-Astragalus-Chenpi.4.Cluster analysis: The top 20 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines in terms of frequency of use were sorted out and cluster analysis was performed,resulting in four cluster groups.The drugs in cluster 1were Mai Dong,Wu Wei Zi,Radix Codonopsis,Ze Xie,Ge Gen,Huang Qi,Sheng Ma,Bai Zhu,and Angelicae;in cluster 2,Chuan Xiong,Di Long,and Hong Hua;in cluster 3,Suan Zao Ren and Ginseng;and in cluster 4,Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Licorice,Chen Pi,Fa Ban Xia,and Fu Ling.Conclusions:1.Professor Zeng Jianbin believes that deficiency of heart qi is the basic pathogenesis of chronic heart failure.It is located in the heart and is closely related to the lung,spleen,kidney and liver.Heart Qi weakness over time leads to damage of Heart Yang,which eventually develops into heart failure,and the pathological products such as phlegm,blood stasis and water-drinking are often interspersed in the course of the disease.2.Prof.Zeng Jianbin proposed that the treatment of chronic heart failure should take Yin and Yang as the key,treat both the symptoms and the root cause,while focusing on the physiopathological connection of the five organs,treating the heart as the root,while focusing on benefiting Qi and strengthening the spleen,warming and tonifying the kidney yang,promoting the lung,calming asthma,activating the blood and promoting water circulation.3.The core HF drugs used by tutors in the treatment of chronic heart failure include Chuanxiong,Fu Ling,Chen Pi,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Huang Qi,Mai Dong,Atractylodes Macrocephala,Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae,Wu Wei Zi,Chai Hu and Fa Han Xia.Commonly used drug pairs include Mai Dong-Wu Wei Zi,Chuan Xiong-Di Long,Huang Qi-Sheng Ma,Chen Pi-Fa Han Xia-Fu Ling,Mai Dong-Wu Wei Zi-Huang Qi,etc.The core prescriptions of the guide for the treatment of chronic heart failure include Tonic Yang Returning Five Soup,Li’s Clear Heat and Beneficial Qi Soup,and Er Chen Tang.
