Objective:By recording and analyzing the changes of urinary RBC,clinical symptoms and 24 h urinary protein before and after Yindu Decoction in the treatment of children with Henoch Sch(?)nlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)with lower Jiao damp heat syndrome,this paper summarizes the experience and curative effect of tutor in the treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis caused by lower Jiao damp heat.Methods:The children who were treated in the pediatric clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine and the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of West China from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected.According to the order of treatment,the children were divided into two groups: 30 cases in the Yindu group and 30 cases in the control group.Both groups were treated with captopril tablets and vitamin C tablets.The Yindu group was treated with oral Yindu Decoction and the control group was treated with oral Tripterygium glycoside tablets for 8 weeks.The urinary RBC and 24 h urinary protein quantification and TCM syndrome changes.After the experiment,the statistical analysis software was used for comparison to explore the efficacy and safety of Yindu Decoction in the treatment of HSPN(lower Jiao damp heat syndrome).Results:(1)General data:There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Total score:Compared with the total score of syndrome after treatment in the two groups,p = 0.001(P<0.05).The Yindu Decoction group improved the clinical symptoms of patients significantly better than the Tripterygium glycoside tablet group.(3)Total effective rate:After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM clinical syndrome in Yindu group was 90%,and that in the control group was 86.6%,P =0.0016(P<0.05),indicating that the total effective rate of syndrome in Yindu Decoction group was higher than that in Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablet group.The total effective rate of Yindu group was 86.6% and that of the control group was 83.3%,P = 0.021(P<0.05),indicating that the total effective rate of Yindu Decoction group was higher than that of Tripterygium glycoside tablet group.(4)TCM single syndrome score:After the treatment of the two groups,the comparison of proteinuria,head body sleepiness and stool between the two groups after treatment,P>0.05,indicating that the two groups can improve the proteinuria,head body sleepiness and stool of children.In improving hematuria,bitter mouth,sticky mouth,dry mouth,unwilling to drink and urination,all P<0.05.Yindu decoction was significantly better than Tripterygium glycoside tablet group in improving the clinical symptoms of patients.(5)Laboratory indexes:The comparison of 24-hour urinary protein and urinary RBC between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05,indicating that Yindu Decoction group is better than Tripterygium glycoside tablet group in reducing24-hour proteinuria and urinary RBC.Conclusion:It is safe to popularize the Decoction in 24 hours to reduce the clinical symptoms of infantile HSPN,such as damp heat syndrome and quantitative urinary protein syndrome.It is worthy to improve the clinical efficacy of the decoction. |
