Screen Image Of Chinese Tibetan Land(1978-2019)

Tibetan-themed movies are an important branch of Chinese movies.Since the reform and opening up,the number of Tibetan-themed movies has gradually increased,and the narrative style has also become richer.At the same time,the Chinese film industry has also made great progress.Great changes have taken place in the film industry system to the generation of directors.The narrative discourse of Tibetan-themed movies is also becoming more complicated.Due to the long-term interest in Tibet,A large number of Tibetan-themed movies were filmed in the West.The academic world has studied it from multiple perspectives on Tibetan-themed movies,However,in the existing research,comparative studies on Chinese and Western Tibetan-themed movies are still lacking.Therefore,this article uses textual reading method,comparative research method and other research methods to studed the image differences of Tibetan-themed movies on the image of Tibetan land.First of all,I will use space theory as the basis and use film creators as the classification criteria,to discuss the differences in Tibetan space about different directors.In addition,the deeper analysis of the specific characteristics of the Tibetan imagination at home and abroad.Secondly,proceeding from the category of "time" to in-depth research on Tibetan-themed movies.Finally,using the character image as a dimension to observe the characteristics of characters in Tibetan-themed movies.Based on this,it further explores the issues of identity and metaphors in films produced by different authors.A comprehensive analysis and discovery from these three dimensions,Both China and the West have shown a high degree of attention to Tibet Showing the geographical landscape and humane customs of Tibet through images has become an important way of imagining Tibet.However,due to the influence of their own cultural background and other factors,different director groups have shown the image of Tibetan land constructed by different discourse powers.The differential expression of Tibetan land between China and the West has formed a different image of Tibetan land in international communication.Under this circumstance,how to make Tibetan-themed movies find their place in the wave of globalization has become an important topic for Tibetan cultural researchers.
