| The teaching of Chinese as a foreign language not only promotes Chinese language knowledge to foreign countries,but also spreads the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.As an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,food culture is an important content in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.This paper selects the representative pasta and vinegar in Jin food culture resources as the main research objects,relying on the "San Jin Culture" course teaching of Taiyuan University of Technology,to investigate the application of Jin food culture resources in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language class and made relevant recommendations.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the relevant research background,significance and research methods.And from three aspects: the content of Jin food culture,the application of regional cultural resources in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,and the application of Jin food culture resources in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language have been carefully sorted out and summarized.The second part takes pasta and vinegar as examples to analyze Jin food culture.In the part of pasta culture,the cultural expression,cultural cause and cultural connotation of pasta are analyzed in detail;in the part of vinegar culture,the cultural expression,cultural cause and cultural connotation of vinegar are explained in detail.The third part is an investigation of the application of Jin food culture resources in the teaching of San Jin culture.Through a questionnaire survey of foreign students in Taiyuan University of Technology and interviews with relevant teachers,the use of pasta and vinegar in the teaching of Sanjin culture was comprehensively investigated.The survey results are described and analyzed in the form of graphs and data.The fourth part is based on the survey results,sorting out and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Jin food culture resources applied to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language from the aspects of curriculum setting,teaching content,teaching evaluation and so on.Its advantages are: improving the cross-cultural adaptability of foreign students and their cognition of Jin food culture,enriching the content of the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,and creating a new image of San Jin culture;Its shortcomings lie in: insufficient volume of curriculum,incomplete teaching content,imperfect evaluation system and simplification of practical activities.The fifth part is to put forward relevant suggestions on the application of Jin food cultural resources to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language from three aspects:curriculum setting,class teaching and practical teaching.In terms of curriculum setting,arrangements should be made according to students’ learning needs and learning ability;In class teaching,we should pay attention to the scientific of teaching content,the diversity of teaching links and the completeness of teaching evaluation;In practical teaching,we should pay attention to the ideological of practical content and the diversity of practical forms.The conclusion part further emphasizes the relevant arguments,examines the existing shortcomings and limitations on this basis,and puts forward the relevant prospects for the better integration of Jin food cultural resources into the teaching Chinese as a foreign language. |
