| In the 20th century,Western music and ballet have undergone great changes in form and content.Stravinsky,as the most representative composer of this period,has a wide range of works and varied musical styles in his life’s creation,focusing on the development of the whole 20th century music.Among them,the creation of ballet music occupies a large proportion,which runs through the transition of three styles in his life.The first dance music "Firebird" created by him opened a new era of modern ballet.The "Apollo" discussed in this article is a representative work of the ballet in the neoclassical period created by Stravinsky in 1928.Its conception comes from Greek mythology.The play was choreographed by Balanchine,who worked together to create a modern ballet where music and dance are on an equal footing.From a macro perspective,this paper studies the style characteristics of Stravinsky’s dance drama music creation,the relationship between dance drama creation and neoclassical ideas,and combines the micro-analysis of music ontology to explore the characteristics of the creation techniques of "Apollo".The thesis consists of three chapters.The main content of the first chapter is an overview of the overall creation of "Apollo".The value and significance of "Apollo" in the creative career of the composer and choreographer.The second chapter mainly analyzes the ballet music from the aspects of overall structure layout,melody development techniques,harmony application characteristics,rhythm texture characteristics,etc.,and summarizes the composer’s music creation techniques and techniques.The third chapter mainly discusses the relationship between the ballet "Apollo" and neoclassical music creation,combined with Stravinsky’s aesthetic orientation,discusses the corresponding neoclassical connotation in this work,and summarizes"Apollo" In this work,Stravinsky’s neoclassical creative thinking,and how music creation and dance language are integrated and tuned to achieve a highly unified relationship.By analyzing the music of Stravinsky’s ballet "Apollo",we can deepen our understanding of Stravinsky’s musical creation,and incorporate this work into his overall creation for care and evaluation,so as to better explain music and dance drama To understand the transformation and development of ballet music creation concepts,and to provide certain historical experience and reference for contemporary ballet music professional creation and performance practice. |
