Investigation And Research On The Present Situation Of In Confucius Institute Of Antananarivo University

Taking the team of teachers from Confucius Institute of University of Tananalliver as the research object,this paper understands and studies Chinese teachers through observation,questionnaires,interviews,and finds that the existing problems are the training of Chinese teachers,the professional ability of local teachers,the future career development direction of teachers,etc.These issues all affect the specialization of the faculty and future development.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward for the above issues.First of all,we need to enhance the construction of local Chinese teachers.Local Chinese teachers have an indispensable importance in the development of Chinese teaching and the dissemination of Chinese culture.How to make it the most effective way to replace Chinese teachers is that the Confucius Institute should focus on solving problems in the team building.Secondly,targeted training methods,strengthen in-post training,especially in the local language training is worth paying attention to.Strengthening language learning can not only enable Chinese Chinese teachers to improve their teaching quality,strengthen their communication with students,but also help them to learn the thinking mode and culture of going to the country,and improve their quality of work and life in the country.The Sino-foreign language cooperation and exchange center and relevant departments should be actively concerned about the work,life and psychological conditions of Chinese Chinese teachers,provide convenience for their future further study and career development,improve the professional happiness and attraction of international Chinese teachers,so as to let more people join the team of international Chinese teachers,better promote Chinese and spread Chinese culture.
