At present,many scholars have introduced cultural factors into the economic field,and the intersection and integration of the two have become the focus of scholars’ research.A vast country with a long history and a vast territory,rich regional culture and background have bred China’s unique dialect relationship culture.As an informal system,it has played a supplementary role to legal,economic and other systems,It has a far-reaching impact on China’s macro-economy and even the individual business activities of micro enterprises.In addition,as an indispensable part of the supply chain,customers are irreplaceable valuable resources for enterprises,which plays an important role in the development of enterprises,especially for stable large customers.How to establish and maintain a good and stable cooperative relationship with customers has always been the focus of scholars and entrepreneurs.This paper selects the relevant data of A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2019 as samples,and studies the influence mechanism of dialect relationship between enterprises and customers on customer stability and performance level from the perspective of the integration of relationship culture and economy according to social identity theory,similarity attraction paradigm and information asymmetry theory,It also includes two regulatory variables: the nature of property rights and the level of marketization to test their regulatory effect on them.The results show that the dialect relationship between enterprises and customers has a significant impact on customer stability and performance level.Specifically:(1)the dialect relationship between enterprises and customers has a positive effect on customer stability.(2)The dialect relationship between enterprises and customers has a positive effect on their performance level.When considering the heterogeneity of enterprises and the impact of institutional environment,it is found that:(3)compared with state-owned enterprises,the dialect relationship between non-state-owned enterprises and customers has a more significant positive effect on customer stability and performance level.(4)Compared with regions with high marketization level,the dialect relationship between enterprises and customers in regions with low marketization level has a more significant positive effect on customer stability and performance level.From the perspective of relationship culture,this paper expands the existing research scope on customer stability and enterprise performance,improves the relevant research on identity in the economic and financial fields,opens up cooperation channels for enterprises to use dialect relations,seize major opportunities,establish a trust foundation,promote communication and information sharing,and reduce the degree of information asymmetry between the two sides,So as to maintain the deep cooperative relationship between the two sides and promote the growth of enterprise performance.
