In recent years,the volume of commercial complexes in my country has continued to grow,resulting in a similar proportion of projects and formats,the same resident brands,and similar spatial structures among commercial complexes,showing a relatively obvious tendency to homogenize in general.With the advent of the experience economy,people began to pay attention to humanistic feelings in the consumption process.At the same time,the combination of commercial retail and department stores showed a weak state and gradually lost its competitiveness.Therefore,how to adopt a differentiated competitive strategy and stand out in the homogeneous competition is one of the issues that need to be focused on in the future development of commercial complexes.This paper takes H shopping mall as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of H shopping mall cultural experience mode and the opportunities and challenges it faces by sorting out the basic situation of the commercial complex.Through consumer questionnaire surveys and executive interviews,we will explore the problems existing in the cultural experience model of H shopping mall,and deeply explore,adjust,optimize and upgrade its cultural experience from the perspectives of entertainment,education,aesthetics,and escape from the world.mode,and finally implement the cultural experience optimization plan in the reading club project of the H commercial complex to test the effectiveness of the optimization plan.Through the in-depth discussion of the cultural experience model of the H commercial complex,this paper summarizes the key points of building a cultural experience business model for commercial complexes: enhancing user stickiness with in-depth cultural experience,diverting traffic and increasing revenue through differentiated services,and establishing a good corporate cultural image and business reputation.This paper believes that commercial complexes establish reputation through culture and achieve drainage,and the symbiosis,mutual promotion and mutual development of business and culture will be an effective measure to help traditional commercial complexes get out of the predicament. |
