The Design Expression Of Curved Elements In Daily Ceramics

Curve is one of the design languages that make up modeling and graphic art.It is widely used in the field of art and design,such as product design,architectural design,clothing design,packaging design,etc.In the design of daily ceramics,curved elements are often used in the shape and decoration design of utensils.This article revolves around the following parts: The first part is an overview of curves,which explains what curves are and their characteristics.The second part is the research and application of curve elements in the design of daily ceramic products.The research section focuses on the characteristics of curved objects,the emotional nature of curves,and the beauty of curves.The application part divides the curved objects in daily ceramics into closed,C-shaped,S-shaped,and free curved types,and analyzes existing design cases from the perspectives of curve pleasure,curve rhythm,and practical appeal of curved ceramics.Finally,six sets of daily ceramic product design plans were completed using free curves,and two sets of daily ceramic products were produced.
