The intangible cultural heritage of the fishing and hunting nationalities in the north is developed in the specific geographical environment, way of life and cultural beliefs of the rivers, mountains, forests and grasslands, and will become rootless once it leaves this cultural ecological field environment. The change of production method, change of living space, and transformation of traditional culture have led to the uncertainty of preserving the intangible cultural heritage of fishing and hunting nationalities. This paper explores the way to protect and inherit the intangible cultural heritage of fishing and hunting nationalities by integrating it into daily life through the perspective of scene theory, adapting the elements of living intangible cultural heritage protection to the constituent elements of the scene, and trying to build a living scene for revitalizing and inheriting the intangible cultural heritage of fishing and hunting nationalities. This paper takes the non-heritage of the Oroqen,Daur,Ewenk and Hetze peoples in the north of China and their settlement space as the research object, and decomposes and analyzes the cultural ecological field of non-heritage as a specific living scene based on the scene theory and cultural ecology theory.Through the analysis of the suitability relationship between scene theory and the living conservation of Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH),the method of realizing the living conservation of ICH under scene theory is proposed,i.e.,the core components of living conservation correspond to the components of the scene to form a circulating and interactive living scene. The main part of the thesis focuses on the interactive relationship between the non-heritage ontology and the settlement space, and carries out a cultural-ecological interpretation of the non-heritage ontology of the fishing and hunting ethnic groups, and condenses the cultural-ecological landscape elements of each ethnic group as the value content of the living scene. The study of the fishing and hunting ethnic community space as the living field of non-hereditary inheritance traces the mechanism of mapping values in the generation and development of traditional community space, and provides a prototype reference for the value reconstruction and community space reconstruction of the fishing and hunting ethnic village community space.Combining with the field research and visits, the study summarizes the current situation of the conservation of the non-heritage values of the fishing and hunting people and the living field of the village settlement space, and analyzes the system composition of the village settlement space and the mapping mechanism of the non-heritage cultural ecological field in the modern context, and dismantles the village settlement space of the fishing and hunting people from the perspective of morphological hierarchy. Finally, the spatial elements of the rural settlement of the fishing and hunting people are compared with the elements of the scene theory to clarify the elements of the living scene in the rural settlement space, determine the principles of the living conservation of the ICH,establish the living scene of the ICH conservation of the fishing and hunting people in the modern context, and propose the scenic conservation of the living elements of the ICH of the fishing and hunting people from the five elements of the scene theory,so as to build up the living scene of the ICH conservation of the fishing and hunting people. In this way,the living scenario of the conservation of the non-heritage of fishing and hunting people is established. This paper concludes that there is a relationship between the value content of the non-heritage and the content of the living field of the settlement space-the material field influences the location of the traditional settlements of the fishing and hunting peoples, the clan system of the consciousness field influences the morphological organization of the settlements of each ethnic group, and the consciousness field and the living field jointly influence the architectural form of the core pattern of each ethnic group.relationship.According to this relationship, the mapping sequence of the nonheritage life scenes of fishing and hunting peoples is established: village settlement spatial system-non-heritage ontological values-settlement spatial functional level-settlement spatial element level-settlement spatial life field.
