This paper sorts out the selection and arrangement of non-material cultural heritage in international Chinese textbooks,and makes a comparative analysis from three aspects:text,new words and exercises,in order to serve the compilation and teaching of non-material cultural heritage in international Chinese textbooks.In this paper,comparative analysis method,questionnaire survey method and quantitative analysis method are used to analyze the basis and principle of the compilation and selection of "intangible cultural heritage" content in cultural textbooks.Based on this,three sets of intermediate and advanced international Chinese culture textbooks are selected as samples to make statistics and analyze the arrangement characteristics of"intangible cultural heritage" content in international Chinese textbooks.This paper makes a specific analysis of the contents of "intangible cultural heritage" in international Chinese culture textbooks from the four categories of oral heritage,folk art,handicrafts and customs,and explores and compares the compilation features and problems of different categories of "intangible cultural heritage" in texts,words and exercises in the three sets of textbooks.At the same time,questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the cognition and application of "intangible cultural heritage" content in the group of teachers and students studying Chinese as a foreign language,combined with the survey data to analyze the existing problems of "intangible cultural heritage" content in international Chinese textbooks,and then put forward suggestions for compilation.The above discussion leads to the following main conclusions:There are still many unreasonable problems in the text selection,vocabulary difficulty and exercise setting of the "intangible cultural heritage" content in international Chinese teaching materials,and they fail to meet the needs of teachers and learners of Chinese as a foreign language.Therefore,the author puts forward relevant suggestions such as scientific selection,effective presentation and reasonable arrangement of the "intangible cultural heritage" content in international Chinese teaching materials.
