| In decades of engineering practice and accumulation,the photogrammetry method of cultural relics has the problems of large amount of original image data and low modeling efficiency.Therefore,on the basis of engineering experience,this paper iteratively optimizes the acquisition hardware and proposes a set of intelligent light distribution true acquisition system suitable for photogrammetry.Without reducing the accuracy of authentic modeling,the efficiency of 3D modeling can be improved by reducing the number of acquired images.Secondly,this paper proposes a 3D reconstruction pipeline for cultural relics based on normal optimization(NM-COLMAP)to meet the needs of modeling cultural relics under intelligent lighting.And in order to make the system have the ability to be tuned,this paper proposes an evaluation method for the original collection and evaluation of photogrammetry cultural relics.Finally,a digital authentic collection system for movable cultural relics was built.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Develop an iteratively optimized original acquisition hardware system based on intelligent lighting.In the iterative optimization of the original acquisition hardware system,the core issues of lighting were fully studied and evaluated.The relationship between the number and position of light sources and the uniformity of illumination is systematically studied by means of simulation calculation,and a real acquisition hardware system based on intelligent lighting distribution is constructed.(2)Propose a 3D reconstruction method for cultural relics based on NM-COLMAP.In this paper,using COLMAP as the baseline method,an optimized dense point cloud and mesh reconstruction is proposed to support reconstruction robustness and computational efficiency improvement.And based on the normal calculation ability of the original acquisition hardware,the depth optimization and texture mapping modules that reduce the noise of the depth value are added,so that the algorithm has a more complete ability to reconstruct the 3D model of cultural relics.(3)Propose an evaluation method for the original collection and evaluation of photogrammetric cultural relics.In view of the problem that the collection of cultural relics relies on subjective evaluation,an objective evaluation index is proposed to measure the quality of collected data.The proposed evaluation method is mainly divided into three aspects:illumination environment,image quality and reconstruction error,and the evaluation algorithm and related indicators are given.(4)Research and develop a digital authentic collection system for movable cultural relics.Based on the acquisition equipment and threedimensional reconstruction method constructed in this paper,a digital authentic acquisition system for movable cultural relics has been developed.The bottom layer of the system adopts the NM-COLMAP algorithm to provide users with the function of three-dimensional reconstruction of cultural relics,and provides the functions of collecting information recording and hardware management.The system is presented to the user in the form of a desktop application,and provides a simple operation interface. |
