| Price search,also known as post-finding,was common in real estate or large-scale transactions during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Although the academic circles have extensive research on price finding,there has not been a systematic and comprehensive study of price finding in Eastern Fujian.There is room for further expansion and in-depth research is necessary.The introduction part of the article makes a comprehensive academic history combing the research on price-finding contracts in academia.After sorting out,the article is divided into three parts to study the price-finding behavior in East Fujian.The first part retrieves the price-seeking contract included in the "Mindong Family Documents",classifies and studies the nature of the contract and the nature of the transaction,and analyzes the characteristics of the persistence and high frequency of the price-seeking behavior in the Mindong area,To reveal the significance of the existence of the price-seeking contract in the eastern Fujian region.The second part analyzes the various elements of the Mindong price-seeking contract,such as the person who made the contract,the middle person,the transaction,the transaction medium,the reason for the price search,and the rights and obligations of both parties to the contract,and clearly explained the price-seeking contract in the eastern Fujian region.Relevance between constituent elements.The third part analyzes the reasons for the formation of price-seeking from the perspective of social history,and explains the rationality of the existence of price-seeking.It analyzes the effect of price-seeking behavior on the rural social land trading system in the eastern Fujian region from both positive and negative aspects.Analyze the problem of multiple property division in the grassroots society. |
