| Animation,as a unique art with great vitality and creativity,has been developing at an amazing speed for more than 100 years and has become the most promising artistic means in the era of visual culture.Especially for millennials,who were born in the 20 th century,watching animation is an indispensable source of entertainment.They are not only attracted by the wonderful content and pure visual effects of animation works,but also influenced by culture and ideology.However,as one of the largest animation markets in the world,China still lags behind foreign animation in profit income and international influence,although the production time of animation increases year by year.Reviewing the development track of Chinese animation,it has gone through the historical stage of exploration,development,glory,decline and rebirth.Chinese animation has always been exploring the development direction with Chinese characteristics.With the deepening of globalization,the road to explore the national style is fraught with difficulties.At this time,the pursuit of the expression of "national character" of animation not only represents the internal motive force of the development of Chinese animation,but also means an urgent issue of The Times to be solved.Similarly,creating Chinese classic animation characters not only has huge commercial value in reality,but also is related to the inheritance and innovation of Chinese national culture.However,although the slogan calling for the nationalization of animation has been deafening in recent years,the theoretical research on "nationality" is still not comprehensive and in-depth.It is only a simple definition of "nationality" separated from the reality of China.Although it plays a certain stimulating role,it obviously lacks practical guiding significance.As a result,China has not really launched a certain number of national features of the works.Obviously,even though the research on nationality is not a new topic at present,it should be the most urgent and realistic key topic to consider how to use animation to express nationality.Therefore,taking "nationality" as the core and starting from the perspective of character building,it is of great significance to analyze and study Chinese animated films.This paper mainly consists of five chapters.The first chapter,the introduction,discusses the importance of nationality in the development of Domestic animated films,and summarizes the research on nationality and animation character building at home and abroad.The second chapter focuses on the relationship between nationality,cosmopolitanism and modernity.The third chapter of this paper discusses the deep influence of national culture on animation creation.By analyzing the application of traditional art forms such as Beijing Opera,fresco,paper cutting and classical literature in specific animation works,it analyzes the performance of national character in role shaping from two aspects of visual modeling and spiritual connotation.As the core content of this paper,the fourth chapter,on the basis of clarifying the misunderstanding of national expression in Chinese animation character building,further puts forward the innovative strategy of national construction from four aspects of visual design,internal personality,behavior ways and spirit expression,in order to provide certain reference significance.The fifth chapter of this paper discusses the nationality of character building based on the graduation project "Freshmen".Finally,in the conclusion part,the author looks forward and thinks about the development of domestic animated films in the future based on the realistic situation and the analysis of the previous chapters. |
