Research On Rural Culture Construction In Y County From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party for the first time put forward the strategy of rural revitalization and development,while establishing the overall goals of "industrial revitalization,ecological livable,rural culture civilization,effective governance,and prosperity",and the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Party emphasized "comprehensively promote rural revitalization,adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,adhere to the integration of urban and rural areas,and smooth the flow of urban and rural factors." Rural civilization is one of the important contents of cultural revitalization,but also an important spiritual pillar of building a new socialist countryside with The Times.However,due to the different level of social and economic development in each region,the level of rural culture in each region is quite different,and there are some problems in the construction of rural culture.As a key measure to promote rural culture,rural culture construction plays a positive role in enriching the spiritual and cultural life of peasants,building a new countryside and constructing a harmonious society.However,China’s rural cultural construction still has problems such as single cultural form,lack of cultural talents and insufficient investment in cultural construction.Y County,as the "Hometown of National contemporary Folk Art" named by the Ministry of Culture,has a very important cultural influence in the country,and its rural cultural construction also has the same problems.Speeding up the pace of rural culture construction is an inevitable requirement to promote the rural revitalization of Y County.Therefore,the paper chooses the rural culture construction of Y County as the research objectTaking rural cultural construction in Y County as an example,this paper finds out the problems and reasons of rural cultural construction in Y County from the perspective of rural revitalization through Literature Research Method、questionnaire survey and interview,and draws on the experience of rural cultural construction in advanced areas of the country to propose targeted measures to optimize the level of rural cultural construction in Y county.The study found that there are four main problems in rural cultural construction in Y county,such as insufficient investment in cultural construction funds,low overall quality of grass-roots cadres,lack of professional and technical personnel,and weak willingness of villagers to develop villages.The reasons can be summarized as the government’s leading role failed to play effectively,the grassroots personnel’s professional quality training system is not perfect,the rural cultural governance system needs to be improved,the rural cultural construction and publicity work is not in place,and other factors.Finally,according to the problems and causes,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as giving full play to the leading role of the government,strengthening the quality training of rural cultural professionals,perfecting the rural public cultural service system,and continuously improving the willingness of rural villagers to participate in cultural construction.This paper studies the rural culture construction in Y county from the perspective of rural revitalization.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,measures are found to solve the problem of rural cultural construction in Y County.It is hoped that this paper can help the government,society,and villagers overcome the obstacles encountered in the current process of rural cultural construction,fully promote the pace of rural cultural construction in Y County,and provide reference for the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
