Study On The Construction Of Rural Public Culture Mizhi County In The Context Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The construction of rural public culture is not only an important hand of rural revitalization,but also a basic construction to improve the quality of rural areas.It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the general laws and typical practices of rural public culture construction.The construction of rural public culture is the soul project of rural revitalization,the study takes the strategy of rural revitalization as the guidance,clarifies the connotation of rural culture at various levels,and analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the current rural public culture construction,exploring the path of rural public culture construction provides theoretical and practical support for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.This paper uses case study method,in-depth interview method and questionnaire survey to conduct an in-depth investigation on the construction of rural public culture in Mizhi County.It analyzes and summarizes the history of rural public culture development in each stage,and elaborates the current situation of rural public culture development in Mizhi County and the achievements from the material level and the spiritual level,and finds the problems of rural public culture construction in Mizhi County in the process of the study.Meanwhile,we analyzed and summarized the above problems and found that: 1.Rural cultural revitalization is an indispensable and important part of rural revitalization,which has a guiding and promoting effect on rural revitalization and is the soul-casting project of rural revitalization strategy.2.To realize the prosperous development of socialist culture,we should focus on combining with excellent traditional culture,local customs and other local cultures and play the basic role of rural public culture.3.The construction of public culture should organically unify the construction of material spirit and ecological civilization and develop together.The construction of rural public culture needs to play the leading role of grassroots government,and must have the right policy guidance and institutional guarantee.Finally,combined with the case of Mizhi County,the development initiatives suitable for the county’s rural public culture are proposed: establishing a sound rural public culture system;growing rural public culture construction organizations;improving the financial guarantee system for rural public culture services;and consolidating the sense of ownership of cultural subjects.
