On The Reference To The Emotional Language Of German Expressionist Painting By Graduation Creation

At the beginning of the 20 th century,German expressionist painting came at the historic moment.The painters tried to break through the shackles of traditional painting styles,abandon the depiction of concrete appearance and seek the deep emotional expression,emphasizing the transformation from reproduction to expression.At this time,China was in the May 4th Movement,and the domestic painting circle was in urgent need of a new order and a new culture.The characteristics of German Expressionist painting were soon accepted by the Chinese painting circle,which was eager for new things at that time.German expressionist painters have inherited the characteristics of German art that pay attention to emotion and personality expression since the Renaissance.They always use exaggerated modeling,colorful colors and wild brush strokes to vent their subjective emotions.This free and inclusive art form has been widely spread.Emotion is the driving force of the artistic creation,and the emotion can be reflected in the artistic creation.Therefore this thesis takes the emotional language of German expressionist painting as the breakthrough point for the study,and draws on this painting language to the graduation creation,trying to innovate.The article is divided into four chapters,the first chapter begins with the definition of German expressionist painting,and starting from the development process of the three major art societies of German expressionism.Finally,the characteristics of German expressionist painting are analyzed;Chapter 2 lists three German expressionist representative painters,By analyzing the language of the painting in his works,Explore the hidden emotional factors behind these paintings;The third chapter mainly analyzes the emotional language in the German expressionist painting,and further explores the causes of the emotional language in the painting,laying the foreshadowing for the writing of the following chapters.The fourth chapter introduces in detail the reference of the emotional language of the graduation creation in German expressionist painting,and clarify the whole process of emotional expression in the graduation creation of " Endless Falling Wood ",To achieve the combination of theory and practice,in order to complete the graduation creation and drawing and thesis writing.
