Elastic band is a simple,efficient and portable small teaching AIDS.Many domestic scholars have applied elastic band to physical education teaching and achieved good results.The beginners of sports dance often can’t find the power position and force feeling in the process of practice,so this paper takes the elastic band as the auxiliary equipment to carry out the elastic band intervention training for the students of sports dance elective course.The aim is to solve the phenomenon of unstable power leg in the process of center of gravity transfer of sports dance beginners through the elastic belt resistance training and improve the pace stability of sports dance students.Research methods:In this paper,by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,expert interview and other research methods,30 students of sports dance elective course in Weifang University were carried out a 12-week resistance training experiment of elastic belt.In order to improve the stability of students’ steps,this paper designed the resistance training program of elastic belt and conducted targeted training on students’ basic steps.Research results:1.After 12 weeks of resistance training with elastic belt and traditional training,both the experimental group and the control group improved their performance in the indexes of waist and abdomen,leg movements and foot movements,and showed significant differences before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).2.through the horizontal comparison between the experimental group and the control group,it was found that there were significant differences in the indexes of waist and abdomen,leg movement and foot movement(P < 0.05),among which the leg movement in the leg speed had a very significant difference(P < 0.01).Research conclusion:1.In this study,after the elastic belt resistance training experiment,the experimental group and the control group had different levels of changes in the waist and abdomen scoring criteria.The experimental group had significant differences after the experiment,which were mainly reflected in the waist and abdomen control,the center of gravity pushing,the vertical of spine and floor,while the control group had significant differences in the waist and abdomen control and the vertical of spine and floor,and the experimental group had more significant differences.It shows that the effect of resistance training on waist and abdomen index is more obvious after elastic belt.2.In this study,after the resistance training experiment of elastic belt,the test group and the control group had different levels of changes in the scoring criteria of leg movements.The experimental group had significant differences after the experiment mainly reflected in knee stability,leg speed and inner leg rotation,while the control group had significant differences mainly reflected in knee stability and inner leg rotation,and the experimental group had more significant differences.It shows that after resistance training of elastic belt,the effect of leg movement index is more obvious.3.In this study,after the elastic belt resistance training experiment,the test group and the control group had different levels of changes in the foot action scoring criteria.The experimental group had significant differences after the experiment,mainly reflected in the relationship between the sole of the foot and the floor,instep utilization,sole push and ankle control,while the control group was mainly reflected in the ankle control,and the experimental group had more significant differences.It shows that after resistance training of elastic belt,the effect of foot movement index is more obvious.4.Through the analysis of the experimental data of this study,it shows that resistance training with elastic band is helpful to improve the stability of the steps of students in the optional sports dance course of colleges and universities.Elastic band is simple to carry and convenient to use,and practitioners can practice at any time without considering the space,site and other factors. |
