| The concept of labor is an important view of historical materialism,labor creates man and creates human history;Labor is the most basic way of human existence,the key to opening the door of history;Labor created yesterday,wrote today,and will change tomorrow.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has delivered a series of speeches on many occasions,emphasizing the important role of labor and forming a systematic concept of labor.The main content of this article has the following three parts.Part one: The practical and theoretical basis for the formation of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor.The formation of ideological concepts cannot be separated from the foundation of reality.Xi Jinping’s concept of labor is based on his own long-term labor practice,formed on the basis of personal experience of rich and diverse labor,based on the labor tempering in the period of intellectual youth,the labor practice during the local political period,and the labor experience in the period of governing the country.Xi Jinping’s concept of labor is formed on the basis of inheriting the labor thought of classic Marxists,the labor thought of Chineseized Marxists,and the labor ideology in China’s excellent traditional culture.Part two: The basic content and important characteristics of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the important role of labor,laborers,labor education and labor spirit in his speeches,calling on the people of the whole country to love labor and create a better life with labor,thus forming a labor concept with the concept of labor subject,labor values,labor education and labor equality as the main content.The concept of labor subject includes three parts,that is,affirming the contribution of workers,improving the quality of workers,and safeguarding the rights and interests of workers.The value of labor is embodied in four progressive levels,at the individual level,labor creates personal happiness.At the social level,labor supports the good life of the whole society.At the national level,it is pointed out that the new era is created by labor.At the human level,labor has created a new form of human civilization.The focus of the concept of labor education is to link the four forces and carry out labor education,which is inseparable from the enthusiasm of individuals,requires families to carry out labor education for children from an early age,schools need a perfect education system,and need to rely on the labor education practice platform provided by society.The concept of labor equality is mainly manifested in three aspects,namely,labor equality,labor equality,and labor relations equality.There are three important characteristics:dialectical unity of theory and practice,dialectical unity of history and reality,and dialectical unity of society and individuality.Part three: The Contemporary Value of Xi Jinping’s View of Labor.In terms of theoretical value,Xi Jinping’s concept of labor is the enrichment and development of Marx’s labor theory of value and the theory of labor essence,and the enrichment and development of socialist labor thought with Chinese characteristics.In terms of practical value,Xi Jinping’s concept of labor not only has guiding significance for solving China’s labor problems,but also conducive to the development of people’s labor values in the new era,promoting the development of labor education in the new era,and realizing all-round human development.Labor as a practical method runs through the whole of Marxist philosophy,labor not only creates the material wealth necessary for human survival,but also can meet the needs of human spiritual development.Xi Jinping Concept of Labor is the latest achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist labor theory and the Marxist concept of labor in the 21 st century,and its rich content has both important theoretical value and great practical guiding significance.Studying Xi Jinping’s concept on Labor is of great significance to guiding the development of China’s social reality and cultivating socialist builders in the new era. |
