Research On "People-Centered" Development Thought From The Perspective Of Historical Materialism

With the challenge of new circumstances and problems,great attention has been paid to people living by the new generation of leadership of the Party Central Committee,and in order to conform to the trend of the times and solve the problems of the times,it has proposed the development thought with “people-centered” in due course which is a significant part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The development thought of “people-centered” deeply reflects the values and ground of socialism with Chinese characteristics insisted and promoted by the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core.It is also the inheritance and innovation of Marxist basic principles,standpoints and views,the inheritance,development and innovation of historical materialism with regard to mass views,and the historical materialist mass view of the 21 st century.Based on the theoretical guidance of historical materialism,this paper combines it with the background of the new era to study the formation,main content,significance of the era and the practical path of “people-centered”development thought initiated by Xi Jinping.There are six parts in this paper in total.The first one is introduction,which contains some basic information of this paper including the background and consequence of the topic selection,some relevant researches at home and abroad,the research methods and idea,and the innovations and shortcomings.During second part,a conclusion and summary on the formation of “people-centered” development thought has been made.The idea of “people-centered” development is not put forward out of thin air.It is not a waterless source or a wood without roots.The correct theory should be expounded in the light of the existing concrete situations and conditions,and on this basis,this paper from the historical materialist foundation,the practical foundation of the communist’s thought of the people as the main body and the practical foundation of our country’s social development,explores the foundation of “people-centered” development thought.The third part probes into and illustrates the main contents of “people-centered” development thought from the perspective of historical materialism and it can be seen that this thought realizes the development and promotion of Marxist thought with “people-centered” in the following four dimensions: including “Ontology”,“Epistemology”,“Axiology” and“Existentialism”.The fourth part explores the theoretical and practical values of“people-centered” development thought.Xi Jinping’s “people-centered” development ideology has not only achieved continuous theoretical leap and innovation,made newly and original contributions in the context of the new era,and in practice continuously contributed to social development in various fields.It is “people-centered” thought that not only contributes to the progress of socialism with Chinese characteristics but also puts forward Chinese wisdom and solutions for human development.The fifth part explores the practical path of “people-centered” development thought.Based on the overall layout of the Five Ones and concentrating on the real needs and fundamental interests of the people,and starting from five aspects: economy,politic,culture,society and ecologic,this paper aims to promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,give the people a greater sense of fulfillment and promote the all-round development of everyone and,ultimately achieve the common prosperity of the whole people.The sixth part is the conclusion.From the perspective of historical materialism,this paper has studied the development thought with “people-centered” to lay a solid theoretical foundation for socialism with Chinese characteristics and present realistic evidence for the development of practice during the period of fourteenth five-year plan.
