Domestic suspense films have been rising rapidly in the past decade,among which excellent works have a strong response in the market,but their overall development is not outstanding,and the attempt to nonlinear structure is not common.Today,with the rapid development of the film and television industry,the industry has an increasingly strong demand for artistic diversification,and various creative techniques are widely used in film artistic creation,bringing numerous novel theories and unique techniques to suspense films.Compared with linear narration,the time dimension of nonlinear narration no longer has a single directivity,but is usually presented in the form of backward flow,repetition and ellipsis,revealing the unconventional and diversified color of nonlinear narration.The suspense film Restart takes "nonlinear" as the entry point,and the time line is no longer limited to a single dimension.The use of reproduce montage and characters time and time back,to convey a deep emotional core.It conveys a profound emotional core.Taking Restart as the research object,this paper explores narrative strategies from multiple perspectives such as concept elaboration,planning process and artistic expression,and considers the subtlety of non-linear narrative in an objective and scientific way.The first chapter is the introduction,which generalizes the background,aim,significance and method of the topic.The second chapter is about the theory of nonlinear narrative,which mainly explores the two elements of suspense film,the concept of linear and nonlinear,the mode and advantages of nonlinear,and the reflection on nonlinear narrative.The third chapter is the content considered in the narrative planning,including narrative structure,time,plot,angle,emotion,props,six aspects to comb set.The fourth chapter is in the process of shooting the film for the plot,lens and other coordination and the use of shooting techniques for analysis.The fifth chapter reflects the artistic expression of the film from four aspects: narrative rhythm,music,montage and tone.The sixth chapter makes a summary for the creation of this film,analyzes from the value and experience,improves and reflects.
