Since the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of the urbanization process,the concentration of population has led to the centralization of commercial facilities.The rise in disposable income of residents and the emergence of mobile communication have evolved into new consumer demands.The concept of urban commercial complexes has been constantly deepened,and commercial complexes have become the core area of urban commercial consumption;With the rapid evolution of business models,commercial operations and services have also been iterating,and the experience economy has become the core concept of future consumption trends.The importance of public service facilities in commercial spaces has also become prominent;As a medium for communication between people and space,the signage system is an important facility in commercial space to enhance consumer experience and optimize consumer pathfinding behavior.Currently,China has conducted relevant analysis on the multi-dimensional design of commercial complex signage systems,but there is still a lack of relevant theoretical research on the construction of signage systems under different consumption scenarios in commercial space.This study aims to conduct the following research on the scenario-based construction of the commercial complex guidance system:(1)Using the research results of scenario theory,through value analysis of the commercial complex guidance system through urban cultural scenes,sociological media scenes,and management service scenes,construct a scenario guidance analysis framework based on spatial information,user experience,multiple connections,and value creation;(2)Using scenario design methods,through refining the elements of commercial scenarios,and analyzing the objective,target,and actual scenarios of Nanchang Xuhui Plaza,summarize the scenario based design strategy based on actual cases;(3)Based on qualitative research on scenario theory and quantitative research on scenario design methods,this thesis summarizes the strategies for scenario-based design of the commercial complex guidance system.From the perspective of scenario theory,this article analyzes the impact of consumers on their wayfinding behavior under the influence of urban cultural scenes and media,as well as the three factors that influence the creation of a guiding space atmosphere and consumer wayfinding experience in management service scenarios.Based on the research of guiding system design practices under the framework of scenario design theory,this article analyzes the guiding system design principles in complex spaces of commercial complexes By analyzing the design process of the commercial complex guide system from the perspective of scene theme analysis,consumer scene adaptation,pathfinding experience,and dynamic guide design,as well as the design method of the overall layout and point layout of the guide design,the design of the commercial complex guide system from the perspective of modern consumer space has been made up to a certain extent. |
