Study On The Murals Of Liao And Jin Tombs In Xuanhua

The Liao and Jin dynasties were one period which integrates and effect between the Han and other ethnic minorities,Which is also a wakeless part for the study of Chinese art history at the same time.The Xuanhua Liao and Jin dynasties mural tomb attracted the attention in related academic fields once discovered,and its mural rich in themes,colorful and skillful.It not only enriches the research materials of painting history in the Liao and Jin dynasties,but also opens a door to explore the social life and spiritual world of Han and ethnic minorities living in the Xuanhua area of the hinterland of Liao and Jin dynasties,so it has high research value.This paper selects the mural paintings of Liao and Jin tombs in Xuanhua as the research object,collects and sorts out relevant materials,and on the basis of drawing on the research of predecessors,it adopted research methods like fieldwork,archaeology,history,literature collection and iconography,from the perspective of fine arts to focus on the subject classification,drawing methods,form composition and the impact on the creation of painting content.This paper mainly includes five parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the reason and significance of the topic,the research status and purpose,and the overview of tomb murals in the Liao and Jin dynasties;The second part discusses the historical background,form,and content of the mural painting in the Liao and Jin tombs in Xuanhua;The third part focuses on the evolution and formal composition of tomb walls mural painting;The fourth part is the research and analysis for the influence of tomb murals on descendants’ creation;The fifth part is the conclusion,summarizing the content of the four parts mentioned above.
