Research On The Contemporary Development Of Humai Art In Inner Mongolia

This paper focuses on the development and inheritance of the art of Khoomei in Inner Mongolia,and examines the origin and evolution of the art of Khoomei,as well as its inheritance and development in contemporary times,based on the artistic life of Hugue Gilletu,a representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage Khoomei project.The thesis focuses on the following three aspects: First,it examines the origins of the art of Khoomei and its diversified development around the world.In the traditional context,Hula mainly expressed the Mongolian people’s musical concept of reverence for nature,while in the contemporary context,Hula has become "staged" and "colorful",and has developed a variety of styles,themes,and technical systems.Second,from the perspective of the inheritor,we examine the growth of Hugue Gilletu,who is a representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage of Khoomei,and analyze his methods of accumulating professional knowledge and training special musical skills,as well as how he developed his personal style,and summarize the ways of learning and improving this special form of Khoomei music;finally,we summarize the protection and inheritance of Khoomei art in Inner Mongolia.It is considered that Khoomei art should be developed innovatively on the basis of traditional skills,and the aesthetic elements of entertainment and popularization should be strengthened.At the same time,the methods of inheritance,protection and discovery of Khoomei art are proposed in terms of protection and preservation measures,dissemination methods,and the living transmission path of inheritors.The inheritance of Khoomei art is a reconstructive process,and Hugue Gilletu is both a witness to the development of contemporary Khoomei art,whose learning experience and practice process is the process of developing Inner Mongolian Khoomei art from scratch;he is also a participant,carrying out the practice of integrating with contemporary popular music culture and developing Khoomei art into a more complete singing technique.The research in this paper not only provides diverse ideas for the practice and innovation of future generations,but also serves as an inspiration for the preservation,dissemination,and transmission of contemporary folk music and cultural traditions.
