Wang Wei was one of the most important poets in the Tang Dynasty.His poems were not only popular in China,but also widely spread abroad.This paper takes the dissemination of Wang Wei’s poems as the research object from the cross-cultural perspective.On the basis of reviewing the relevant achievements of Eastern and western sinology circles,it focuses on analyzing the research of Wang Wei and his poems by Yu Wensuo An,Wei Masha,Yu Baolin,Imiya Sensuke,Liu Shengjun,etc.,to reveal the difference of what Wang Wei’s poems accept,and further explore the significance and value of Wang Wei’s poems’ overseas dissemination.The thesis is divided into the following five parts:Introduction: It is divided into research background,research summary,significance of topic selection and innovation.This paper introduces the characteristics of Wang Wei’s poetry and its acceptance in Japan,South Korea and the English-speaking world,summarizes the translation of Wang Wei’s poetry and the research of Eastern and Western Sinology,and expounds the significance and innovation of the topic selection of this paper.Chapter One "Translation and imitations of Wang Wei’s Poems from the Cross-cultural Perspective" : By combing the translation and imitations of Wang Wei’s poems in the English-speaking world and in East Asia,it points out that the translation of Wang Wei’s poems in the English-speaking world has experienced from selective translation to the emergence of special versions,and at the same time promotes the study of Wang Wei and his poems in the English-speaking world.In the process of translation and imitation of Wang Wei’s poetry,the two countries in East Asia have been accompanied by a detailed and in-depth understanding of Wang Wei’s poetry style and Buddhist and Zen thoughts.Chapter Two "The Study of Wang Wei’s Poetry from the Cross-cultural Perspective" : The study of Wang Wei in the English-speaking world has been deepened continuously.Scholars use the British and American new criticism theory,symbolic poetics and other research methods,so that the understanding of Wang Wei has changed from a simple landscape poet to a contradictory poet with multiple identities integration,and the characteristics of Wang Wei’s poetry has also changed from quiet to conflict.Influenced by Chinese traditional culture,Japan and South Korea pay more attention to the exploration of Zen in Wang Wei’s Buddhist thoughts and poems.The third chapter "The problems and enlightenment of Wang Wei’s poetry Dissemination from a cross-cultural perspective " : The English translation of Wang Wei’s Lu Chai is analyzed as a case study,and the collision and integration of Chinese and Western in the cross-cultural communication of Wang Wei’s poems are interpreted through various translations of "empty".Then,the paper discusses the differences in the acceptance of Wang Wei’s poems from three aspects: religious philosophy and thinking mode,cultural soil and values,and language differences.On the basis of seeking common ground while reserving differences,the author puts forward the cross-cultural communication strategy of Wang Wei’s poems.The fourth chapter,"Discussion on the Teaching of Wang Wei’s Poems in the Classroom of teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language" : Explore the feasibility of Wang Wei’s poems in the classroom of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and demonstrate how to bring Wang Wei’s poems into the classroom of teaching Chinese as a foreign language from four aspects: teaching assumption,teaching practice,teaching methods and teaching summary.In a word,Wang Wei’s poetry is an integral part of our excellent traditional culture,and its cross-cultural communication is constantly renewed.The interpretation of Wang Wei and his poems by the East and the West will continue to collide and blend.To actively treat the overseas dissemination of Wang Wei’s poems,we can start from the classroom teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. |
