| In the previous research, predecessors have combed and analyzed the stele of Tang Running script, and the results are quite fruitful. This paper mainly focuses on the investigation of the historical features of Tang Taizong’s calligraphic thought and calligraphy practice, the techniques of "Preface of Holy Doctrine" and the calligraphy art style of Li Yong’s stele. However, few of them draw lessons from the techniques of Tang stele,Japanese calligraphists of the same period and modern calligraphists.Based on relevant literature and work materials, this article discusses the techniques and methods of Japanese calligraphers at different stages of the same period, such as Zui Cheng,Kong Hai,and Ju Yishi, and analyzes the similarities and differences in their brushwork, composition, and composition. Moreover, the article also analyzes the temporary study and calligraphy creations of three modern and contemporary calligraphers,Shen Yinmo,Chen Zhongkang, and Long Kaisheng.Through comparison,it is found that in terms of copying, they have reached the same goal through different paths, striving to be close to tradition, and learning from ancient times. In terms of creation, they are all based on extensive research and learning from the past.Under the style orientation of the two kings, they mainly use "Wang Shu" as the keynote, and integrate multiple styles to form a unique style of writing.Shen Yinmo,Zhao Mengfu,Wen Zhengming, and other calligraphers share the same ancient style.Chen Zhongkang combines the composition and composition techniques of Yan Zhenqing and Mi Fu,while Long Kaisheng uses Zhao Mengfu as his creative style and attempts to break through. The final practical study of the article elaborates on my improvement and understanding of the creation of running script, and highlights in his works the use of the Tang Dynasty running script tablet as the keynote, ingenious use of font space and composition, increasing the interest of his characters. |
