The contemporary information society,with the support of science and technology,provides people with a large number of complex information content,which is mostly trivial,messy and disorderly.In the context of information fragmentation,the creative path of new media art is also affected by it.Nowadays,art works and art exhibitions based on art and technology have appeared in the public’s view at a high density.New media artists have integrated the unique characteristics of the times,aesthetic values and artistic experience into their creations,showing the sense of the times and humanistic core of new media art creation.This paper takes the new media art creation in the context of information fragmentation as the research object,combs and analyzes the development of information dissemination,the social performance and value of information fragmentation,and cuts into the research of new media art creation,analyzes the creative characteristics and creative path of new media art in the context of information fragmentation,and explores the artistic function and creative path changes of new media art creation,The purpose is to provide a new perspective and a relatively broad thinking space for the development of new media art creation.New media art has undergone changes due to the fragmentation of information.How to combine fragmented information with the cross-media narrative and multi-sensory experience of new media art in the creation of new media art,and display and disseminate new faces and discourses,utilizing the advantages of new media art to build connections among multiple dimensions of human beings,humans and the environment,and humans and culture.This is the main focus of this article,emphasizing the discourse points raised by new media art creation in the context of fragmentation.
