Research On Red Culture Boosting Rural Revitalization In Old Revolutionary Areas

"Agriculture is the foundation of the country,and the foundation is solid,and the country is peaceful." The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to persist in making solving the "three rural" issues a top priority in the work of the entire Party.Rural revitalization is related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,an important measure to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,and an important support for comprehensively opening up the construction of a socialist modern country.The red culture is formed in the revolutionary practice of the CPC leading the Chinese people to achieve national independence,national prosperity and people’s liberation under the guidance of Marxism.It is widespread in all rural areas of China and is a characteristic advantage resource in rural revitalization.Giving full play to the advantages of red culture is not only of great significance for inheriting red genes and extending red blood,but also has natural advantages for empowering rural revitalization.Based on the current development situation of the old revolutionary base in Shangzhi City,Heilongjiang Province,it is urgent to deeply explore the unique value of red culture,vigorously promote and inherit red culture and red spirit,and assist in the revitalization of rural areas in the old revolutionary base.This study starts with the content composition of red culture in Shangzhi City,Heilongjiang Province,and explains the unique value of red culture from five aspects:economy,ecology,culture,management,and society.Conduct empirical research through online and offline questionnaire surveys and data collection to gain a deeper understanding of achievements of the rural revitalization strategy in the revolutionary old areas of Shangzhi City.Further explore the current real dilemma of red cultural industry development to be deepened,red heritage sites and environmental protection to be strengthened,red culture inheritance and promotion to be improved,the leading role of party building not fully played,and the phenomenon of "valuing material,despising spirit" still exists in the process of realizing life prosperity in Shangzhi old revolutionary base area rural revitalization and development,and analyze their multiple reasons.Taking the "Five Major Revitalizations" of rural revitalization as a clue,it is proposed to use "Red" as the basis to promote the transformation and upgrading of rural industries;Taking "green" as the source,feedback the construction of rural ecological civilization;To lead the shaping of civilized rural customs with cultural people;Suggestions for multiple paths to strengthen rural grassroots party building based on efficiency.
