Hanshi-Waizhuan inherits Confucius’ filial piety thought and ascribes the kinship of father and son to the way of heaven and earth,and regards things as the inevitable path to implement filial piety.In the thought of filial piety,the existence and legitimacy of filial piety need a metaphysical ultimate basis,which is the Tao of Heaven.The Tao of heaven provides a proof for the rational existence of the thought of filial piety.Just like the argumentation of the Analects of Confucius,there is no need to tell what filial piety is,but how to practice filial piety,and filial piety grows from filial piety to the two-way interaction between filial piety and parental affection.Hanshi-Waizhuan through raising relatives,respect relatives,obedient relatives,advice relatives and timely filial piety and father kindness filial piety and other concepts to specifically explain the thought of filial piety kernel and structure,which is also a comprehensive interpretation of the thought of filial piety."Loyalty and filial piety are in a dilemma since ancient times".When the thought of filial piety is carried out and the principles of moral ethics are applied to the family,the country and the world,the moral concept of "filial piety" inevitably conflicts with the value of "loyalty".Neither abandoning loyalty to filial piety nor martyring oneself can be regarded as a satisfactory path to realize,and under different circumstances,only the two can be taken as important.Some even die to preserve loyalty and filial piety.In the story,when facing the dilemma of loyalty and filial piety,the sergeant made two choices: to give up loyalty and fulfill filial piety and to die as a martyr,which also confirmed that Han Ying himself was in a "dilemma" when facing the moral dilemma of loyalty and filial piety,and he did not have a satisfactory solution to solve this problem.The process of father’s kindness and filial piety is bound to encounter the dilemma of "loyalty and filial piety".It has become a problem that many Confucian scholars need to overcome since ancient times to fulfill the responsibility of serving relatives on the premise of not violating national justice and social justice.The final implementation of filial piety thought in Hanshi-Waizhuan is the possibility of promoting the further realization of filial piety thought from the political level,the implementation organization and the same structure.In the Han Dynasty,under the background of "governing the world with filial piety",the ultimate purpose of advocating filial piety was to realize the moral consciousness of the people by using the most primitive bond of family affection,transfer filial piety between parents and children to loyalty between Kings and ministers,and finally realize the stable unity of absolute monarchy.This article begins with the connotation,predicament and practice of filial piety thought in the Book,and tries to explain the important effect of Confucian filial piety thought in the governance of the Han Dynasty by analyzing its inheritance and development of Confucius’ filial piety thought.
