For a long time,the art trade of our country presents the phenomenon of disorder and disorder,and the circulation and use of information within the system presents an unbalanced and asymmetric situation.The organization of art trade consists of various trading subjects,which have spontaneity and uncertainty in their ability to obtain information,their ability to accept and understand information,their own moral level and decision-making psychology.At the same time,due to the unsound security mechanism related to art trading,as well as the imperfect information construction of art trading system and other factors,the issue of art trading information asymmetry is extremely prominent and complex.Therefore,this paper takes the information asymmetry problem in art trade as the main research object,comprehensively uses multidisciplinary theoretical methods,and carries out analysis and research from the causes,manifestations and influences of information asymmetry problem in art trade.And try to put forward suggestions to improve the balance of information asymmetry,such as strengthening the top-level design,strengthening the industry supervision,strengthening the industry self-discipline,promoting the information construction,so as to standardize the art trading behavior and order,promote the construction of the art market credit system,promote the art market informatization,socialization and diversified integrated development.Find the way of institutionalization,standardization,informatization and socialization development of art work trading system in line with our country’s national conditions.The innovation point of this paper is to combine the theory of art with the theory of economics,comprehensively apply the knowledge principles of the theory of information asymmetry,the theory of information transmission,the theory of marketing,the theory of consumer behavior and other aspects of the theory of economics,and analyze the organization structure,the mode of information circulation and the complexity of the art trade in detail.At the same time,on the basis of integrating the theories and methods of sociology,communication,psychology and other disciplines,this paper deeply discusses the causes of information asymmetry and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement and balance.Among the theoretical literature in the field of art trade,the specialized research on the problem of information asymmetry is very scarce.This paper is the first complete and targeted attempt to study this problem.
