Research On The Development Of Ethnic Cultural Industry In Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In the new journey of building a socialist modernization country,how to explore the contemporary value of ethnic culture,grasp the development trend of culture,and empower rural revitalization of ethnic areas with ethnic culture industry is an important topic that requires in-depth thinking.In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the development of the cultural industry,and in 2022,five departments,including the Ministry of Culture and Tourism,jointly promulgated the Opinions on Promoting the Cultural Industry to Empower Rural Revitalization,which made detailed planning and deployment of the cultural industry to empower rural revitalization.Ethnic areas are both areas endowed with characteristic cultural resources and weak zones of economic development,and promoting the industrialization and marketization of ethnic cultural resources is not only a breakthrough in solving the problem of regional coordinated development,but also an important way to realize the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside in ethnic areas.As an ecological reserve in Guangdong Province,Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County has the unique advantage of developing ethnic culture industry,but the output value of culture industry accounts for only about 2% of GDP,which is relatively backward in development,and it is a possible way out of Ruyuan rural revitalization to drive the high-quality development of the economy through ethnic culture industry,and it is also of certain reference significance for other ethnic areas to study the development of ethnic culture industry in Ruyuan County.This paper utilizes literature resource endowment and problems of ethnic culture industry in Ruyuan County,and finds that the ethnic culture resources in Ruyuan County are unique in taste and rich in connotation,but there exists a low degree of development;the culture of "overhill yao" has not been duly disseminated;there is a single mode of development and a small scale;the emphasis on hardware and software is also very important to the development of the ethnic culture industry.Through the gray correlation analysis,in order,economic factors,the level of public cultural services,talent factors,scientific and technological factors,related industries(tourism),the level of social security,and policy factors.Based on the analysis,it is proposed that Ruyuan County should start from growing the economic scale,attaching importance to the cultivation of talents,upgrading the level of public cultural services,and developing the related industries of cultivate the competitive market order,and realize the revitalization of the countryside.It is also found that we cannot rely too much on policy factors in the process of development,and that it must be the power of market competition that determines the long-term momentum of development.
